Home system set up.
Really great advice and home set up from Dan from the reading branch. The whole team are great but Dan is my point of contact and always goes the extra mile to make sure all the system is working peak performance. There’s always a few issues but Dan never gives up and resolves any issues and spends time explaining how things work and operate. I would always say to go there for professional honest help. Only proper high street presence left in Swindon
No issues. The product was perfect for my needs. Been shopping in this branch for many years - it’s the only proper audio shop left considering how rubbish the U.K. has become. So if audio is your thing this is the only high street presence left in Swindon. Will be buying from them again very soon.

An excellent Product and Service

Knowledgeable staff who exerted zero pressure on securing a sale made the audition a pleasure. Offered a fair price for my part exchange which was an added bonus. Also upfront with delivery delays expected for the equipment.

Listened to my needs, informed me of the different strengths and weaknesses of equipment in different settings. Also allowed me to make adjustments some days after the original order.
After being very satisfied with my rega deck and cartridge, one channel suddenly lost base and volume. Fortunately it was caused by a small present my cat had brought in and it had died in the part at the bottom of the speaker.

Amazing experience at Audio T Cheltenham
I was in the market for a turntable, amp and speakers. Id done a little research online and visited a couple of ‘well known’ uk wide hifi shops. Their knowledge was undoubtedly 1st class and offered a ‘deal’ on a couple of systems I liked the look of. However I left those shops wondering how they sounded?!!!.
I then visited Audio T Cheltenham and wow what an experience. I dealt with Andy. I told him my budget and he went on to show and advise me on turntables amps and speakers. I chose Rega and asked him what the price would be. He paused and said but you haven’t heard it play yet? Andy Jon and Farid then took the system upstairs set it up and put a vinyl on. Absolutely blown away by the sound and the level of service. I cannot recommend the Cheltenham store enough. An amazing experience.

Friendly service and good advice. Bought a Dynavector 10x ii cartridge on advice from Audio T staff who all rated it highly. They were right. Great sound. Happy customer.

All the boys in Swansea store
All the boys in Swansea store, knowledgable, friendly and really helpful.
Went above and beyond with their customer service I cant praise them enough.
I will certainly use them again and have been recommending them to anyone who will listen!

Excellent service from Dan at Audio T Reading. Listened carefully to my requirements and came up with a superb package. Even put up with my love of heavy metal for a useful listening session. Good facilities although a bit off the beaten path.

Excellent customer service, they managed to find the CD player i wanted despite it being out of stock at the time. I'm also very happy with my purchase. All in all a pleasant, friendly experience.
