Well i was missing the screw ( standoffs ) for AM4 since the cooler that was using these standoffs was my friend's old cooler . Presumably we lost it while we were changing boxes around. I sent a message to Arctic in hope for a new AM4 kit because it would be a shame not to use it to my own rig since the cooler sports 34 duo had awesome temps . Customer support responded immediately and asked me about the screws i was missing and sent me over new ones as well as they were super cool about it . That for me is a company i can trust and needless to say that their products are goated . I will definetely recommend their products ( which i was already doing to be honest ) since for example freezer III aio's are great . Also temps with sports 34 duo are great and this made me increase my PPT , EDC and TDC values which im still tweaking these days to maximize my 5700x performance while keeping thermal headroom.

Das Windows meines Arctic Senza ist leider nach einigen Wochen Betrieb durch ein Windows Update nicht mehr funktionsfähig. Der Service hat mir innerhalb von Minuten alle Fragen zur Neuinstallation beantwortet und mir eine detaillierte Anleitung gemailt. Das ist wirklich absolute Spitze. I purchased a liquid freezer iii pro last year, been absolutely brilliant… however i discovered that i could not control the pump speed independently. Turned out there was supposed to be a connector however was not in the box.
I contacted customer support expecting not to hear anything from days. However 6 days later they send out a connector. Jessica was very helpful and no fuss at all!

Pós venda fantástica. O meu arctic 2 280 avariou após 4 anos de uso, e em menos de 1 semana tinha um novo em casa (arctic 3 280 pro).

Ich hatte zwei B Ware Produkte über den Arctic Shop bei eBay gekauft (AIO + einzelner Lüfter). Leider jedoch hatte ich bei beiden Bestellungen Probleme mit den Lüftern.
Somit habe ich den Verkäufer über eBay einfach angeschrieben und ehrlich gesagt mit deutlich mehr Aufwand gerechnet. Es kam jedes Mal sehr schnell eine Antwort und der Ersatz wurde direkt ohne weitere Anforderungen verschickt.
Wenige Tage später war der Ersatz da und natürlich funktioniert nun alles einwandfrei.

Sieht man auf jeden Fall nicht häufig so einen tollen Kundenservice. Werde auch in Zukunft bei Arctic bleiben, so einen Service will man nicht missen falls mal was nicht so super läuft. Absolut Top Erfahrung!

I'm working in the 3D industry. I had been using nearly all brands and tested their cooling capacity. I never went for opened loop water cooling systems, therefor I went for AIO, closed loop systems. And in this field Arctic is unbeatable. Support is also an important factor in my eye and its a well known fact, as IF your Arctic product failed they always cover you. I rarely spread such feedbacks, but this one goes to You as a helping hand if you have to make a decision.

Ich hatte eine AIO 420 von Arctic gekauft, aber nicht darauf geachtet, dass der Pumpenkopf der Arctic AIO nicht über den M.2 Kühler meines Aorus Master X870E Mainboard passt.
Ich habe mich dann auf der Website informiert, was man da machen kann und ob es andere Montagemöglichkeiten gibt.
Die gab es zwar, aber viel besser fand ich das Angebot von Arctic, mir kostenlos einen flachen M.2 Kühler für meine SSD zuzusenden.
Der Support antwortete innerhalb von Stunden und 2 Tage später war der neue M.2 Kühlkörper da. Einbau war super einfach.

Arctic beweist mir immer wieder, und das schon seit Jahren, dass gute Produkte, ein günstiger Preis und ein hervorragender Support sich nicht gegenseitig ausschließen müssen.

I bought a Liquid Freezer II 5 years ago and the pump decided to die on me a couple of days ago causing my pc to shut down. I contacted the support immediately
and got a quick reply from them saying that they will send me a new replacement unit. I'll make sure to buy from these guys again.
