Slow delivery
Slow delivery, minimum order quantity imposed after ordering.
Placed an order for SKF parts only to be told that the grease I had ordered has a minimum quantity of 10 units, no mention of it on the product page and it’s even priced for units sold 1-9 then 10+ having a cheaper price.
To top it off the premium delivery (£16.50 + vat) didn’t arrive next day.
Edit : nice reply after flagging my review to Trustpilot as defamatory, shows how honest you are!

Unfortunately I have a really bad…
Unfortunately I have a really bad experience with this supplier
I ordered the bearings on May 23, 2026 with a delivery time of 7-10 days from the supplier + 2 days for delivery to my address.
To date, I have contacted several times via email and WhatsApp, but I still do not have an exact delivery date.
They apologize to me that the bearings will be delivered and that they are still waiting for them from the supplier.
Since I need bearings to repair a machine for my client, this is also a bigger problem.
