I placed an order for the huina 1582 tipper truck on the advertised customer service and prompt delivery. Xtreem overlooked my order and the delivery took longer than I expected.
After I sent an email to enquire about a delivery ETA, they quickly rectified the delay and promptly delivered the item. Therefore I will be happy to place further orders.

Make the purchase on 18-07. Emailed on 22-07 to ask how much time it usualy take to process because I had no news. No answer.
Had to email Stuart on 25-07(previously emailed to ask question). He replied that they had "bank" issues.
Still no news of my order as today.
Im waiting.

Give 1 more star. Recived a tracking number and order seems shipped.

Recived the excavator on 03-08. DOA.
Had to disassemble the whole arm to find a cold weld on the arm board. Now it's working properly.

Shout out to Stuart who save the game. Would have ask for refund if not.

1. Very bad customer support from your side. Nobody is responding on emails regarding orders.
2.Eventually received email with update about my order but couldn't read it. There was force majeure from both sides. Satisfied with the quality of received item and I am upgrading my review score.

Love this company. Great support for any problem. Had a problem with a remote and Stuart was prompt to take care of. Just ordered my fourth construction truck. Wonderful people to do business with their word is their bond. You don’t find people like this anymore. Old school. Now my Rx company

First of all I received a broken excavator. Try to get an new one as a replacement. Ending up of me buying a other excavator with a discount but two weeks later still not received it. This is been going on since may.

Ordered from here to get my item quickly. Paid about 20% more than from China. But they had no stock and ordered from China. So far, I've paid extra for my item to arrive even slower than if I'd ordered from China in the first place. I would have preferred the supplier to say they hadn't got the item, refund me and let me try elsewhere. I'd award no stars if the system would allow it. Very disappointed.
Xtreem RC have offered me a full refund and I can keep the item when it eventually turns up. They can't help the poor despatch performance (5 days!) of their supplier and poor delivery performance of the courier (another 5 days to put item on a plane!) so this is the best response I could have received in the circumstances and shows their commitment to the customer.

Great service and took the time to solve an issue that another RC company would not address even though I bought the item from them. They will be getting my business from now on.

Ordered my item 8 days ago no tracking info no package?

I had changed my mind about a recent purchase, they were very understanding and refunded my purchase right away. I will definitely be buying from this seller in the near future.

After purchasing a few vehicles from other sites and receiving used vehicles (several without remotes) or just receiving not what was advertised, we decided to try again with ExtreemRC. WHAT A BLESSING!!! We were already behind schedule getting our business up and running and ExtreemRC delivered EXACTLY what we ordered (9 construction vehicles) in less than six days! We will be using ExtreemRC from now on for all parts, accessories, and the 10 additional vehicles that we are going to need. If you want a ligit company that will deliver what they advertise this is the place. If you think you can save 200$ and order from Amazon...you will be sorry!

Purchase went off without a hitch. I had a few questions prior to purchasing and customer service replied to my e-mail promptly. They also followed up after I made the purchase. Delivery arrived ahead of schedule. My only issue is that I was hit with a international transaction fee that I was not aware of at the time of purchase. I would not hesitate to buy from this company again!

OnHave not received the product, so I can't review that. My complaint is lack of communication. Order placed 4-29-22. Last I checked, today, order still being processed. Had one response from support, last week, with promise to contact me within 24 to 48 hours. Never happened. Either the product is available or it is not.

Was hoping to receive within 7 to 10 days but it took three weeks. Nephew had to wait for a birthday present But other than that see how it is when he gets here

Extreme is offering great prices and great service. I recently placed an order. Extreme offers free shipping, however I live in the middle of the pacific and that changes the whole shipping deal. Not extremes fault, just pure geographic and world economy issues. The staff at extreme took the time to inform me of the additional shipping costs prior to finalizing the sale. Unfortunately I ended up canceling due to the cost change. However, if one day I get closer to the lower 48 I'll shop with extreme. Thanks Stuart for your advice and assistance!

Where is my stuff? Why does no one respond to my emails? I’m about to take my transaction up with my bank to get my money back. No delivery means no payment.

Placed an order, 10 days after order was placed still had not shipped or processed. Wrote review and contacted xtreem for refund. Xtreem replied to review saying they reached out multiple times-that was a lie. 23 days later order still has not processed or shipped. No updates provided from the company. Spending more time battling bad reviews online than moving product. Date 3/28/2022

My order was placed over 10 days ago. Received order confirmation but with a broken order status button so I cannot check or track order. This was supposed to be a gift for a birthday and none of the items ordered indicated any kind of back order issue. I will be canceling my order.
