Lovely vehicle
I enjoyed my ride very much. I was travelling with 3 kids and a ton of luggage. The company was able to provide a vehicle that not only took all our stuff but ensured we travelled in comfort. The driver was also polite.

I was picked up from the airport on sep…
I was picked up from the airport on sep 18, 2022. The driver picked us up after about 1.5 hours of delay at heathrow specially during the week of the Queen’s morning and funeral. He was very helpful and cooperative.
I used Xpress airport services going back to Heathrow on September 24. Also the driver was on time and courteous. I had some difficulty in online booking that was resolved by follow up on WhatsApp.

Please do not book this service. We had a terrible experience, and the company have made no effort and ignored my requests for reimbursement since. For our family’s airport transfer we booked a large mpv+ vehicle. because we knew we needed the space. they turned up with a much smaller vehicle which was not big enough for our luggage. Second we booked two car seats one for our infant and one for our toddler. They turned up with neither. i was then told (by the manager) that they viewed these as optional extras given it is not a uk legal requirement to have car seats, despite that WE HAD BOOKED THEM. and that we had to take the kids without them. this was unbelievable. what a position to be put in as parents. especially as we needed to get to the airport and had very little options. we booked an extra black cab but the company has completely ignored my requests for support, reimbursement etc for the pay week. Do not use this company.

Book a return journey to Gatwick on 26th return on 2nd we paid for 8 seater and 6 seater arrived driver was 30 mins late on first leg and drove so slow bicycles was overtaking us and then 1 hr late on return both times saying there was an accident and the road was closed but not 1 apology and the office repeatedly said 5 more mins and the driver didn’t answer phone. when asked the office why you charge for 8 seater the response was because there is shortage of 8 seater cars so had to send 6seater I was assured the day before I would receive a text with driver details but never received details and had to call to ask very poor communication and no sympathy for the fact we had children

Very bad experience
Booked a taxi for my mam fro Heathrow airport and called them the day before to say that she is old lady and I want someone to be waiting for her . Flight arrived at 9 pm as planned. Driver came at 9:30 pm ( 30 minutes before the time requested) . He called me once and didn't answer when I called back. Mam stayed in the airport till 11 pm . Then took another taxi. Very bad service. No respect for customers. Will not use them again

SHAMBLES OF A SERVICE - AVOID AT ALL COSTS
Booked a taxi weeks in advance for a special occasion for 6 people, taxi was scheduled for 9.30am collection. When the taxi didn't arrive, I called the company to be told 'he's on his way, will be with you by 10am'. Not ideal given the wedding started at 11.30am. The taxi once again didn't arrive as I was assured and instead the taxi driver was now delayed until 11am. Finally spoke to the manager/owner who told me I had two options - 1) wait for the driver (who personally told me he wouldn't get to us until 11.21am as that's his ETA) or 2) sort my own way there and he'll refund 50% and as a gesture of good will, the taxi would turn up 30minutes early to pick us up! Needless to say, we missed the wedding (made worse that the best man for the wedding was in our group travelling on the day) and lost out on our pre-paid sit down 2-course meal at £50 a head.

Super trip
Everythink ok. Except, that we need to pay 5£ more, that taxidriver could pick us up at London Gatewick Airport directly. But his was not the drivers fault. London Gatewick airport has introduced a fee of 5£ for 7 months ago, that passengers could get picked up from the airport. That is an official information and there are also signs there. It would nice just to have this on booking confirmation. The driver said, we didn't need to pay, and apologized for it. It was really not a big deal :) We were 7 people and paid for roundtrip 240£ . We were 2 hours each way in the taxi due to London traffic. So for around 35£ /person really fair price. The taxidrivers were friendly, on time and has given us great tips to plan our future trips to London. One taxi driver offered us also water and sweets, to be prepaired for the flight :) Really lovely. Thank you great trip. I highly recommend your service.
