Like other reviews, I was sold a package at the Ascot Christmas Fayre, with promises of make-up advice, manicure, colour advice and a pamper day. Also, no commitment to purchasing anything! I thought I deserved a break as I care for two elderly parents and work full-time. Time and money are precious.
Hair and make-up were acceptable, photographer was professional. Those 3 staff were nice. But the end part - looking at the photos and prices, being given a hard sell without consideration or thought, left me very upset and spoiled the whole experience. Shame on this company and the people who run it.

Late notice of a change of premises from SW3 to SW10 was done the afternoon before scheduled appointment - on a Sunday! Hardly a studio - not clean and with cheap props - actually one prop - a cheap wooden white painted hollow stand.

No one explained one had to climb 2 floors of wrought iron staircase - safety hazard and inadequate signage or information about the place. Difficult to get in touch with the company.

First and last time. I trusted the people - the management should be ashamed.
