Definitely a scam
Definitely a scam. They charged £50 for changing my mind and then tried to set up a direct debit and then I worked out it would cost me £500 to cancel something that I didn’t sign up for. Stay away from them.

fault with my landline
I contacted Supanet to report a fault with my landline - i can only do this by webchat as I live in an area with absolutely no mobile coverage.
Lara talked me through the process and although she was unable to complete the usual checks as this caused the internet to drop out and this was my only means of communicating with the company we were able to arrange an appointment for an engineer to call. She was able to accommodate this with the only days I could be available and to arrange for me to be e-mailed with any updates.
I was very pleased with the outcome altogether.

The worst provider out there money…
The worst provider out there money money money that's all there interested in !!!! There equipment not working but want to charge delivery its there bloody equipment that's not working should be preplaced at no charge to customers, plus not cheap thirty one pounds . I'm out put up with it for years !!!!

Definitely avoid this scam.
Definitely avoid this scam.. costumer services its like you chatting to a bot, charging for anything they like also even after your contract ends. When you call the number they provided you wait more than 30 mins and still no answer, sending a email no reply.. all they do it's take your money...

Excellent service.
