The customer service experience at Supanet has improved a lot over the years. Recently I had an issue and it was resolved quickly and politely by Ismyr over the phone.

I wish I could not even give them a…

I wish I could not even give them a Quarter of a star.This network could do better by employing and training qualified engineers and train their customer care staff.There is a woman I spoke to on two occasion, extremely rude!The problem is they use equipment and staff which is not competent and they employ Agents who does not have a clue of what they are doing or talking about.The Agents can not answer a simple question about their broadband.Very Sad!Stay away from Supanet if you do not want stress!

Been charged £50 for nothing cancelled…

Been charged £50 for nothing cancelled in the cooling off period only to be told that they had paid £50 on my behalf for nothing bunch of horrible robotic people emotionless horrible snakes stay away from them!

Customer service

Spoke to a lovely gentleman named Jez twice and he really is an asset to this company. He made what could have been a complicated situation very easy to deal with. Very professional and efficient customer service.

A second-rate BT service

Supposedly a 'priority' connection but nothing happened after several days so used the cooling-off period to cancel, only to be told we owed them £50 for cancellation of a service that hadn't even started. BT have made a very poor choice using this company of thieves & their customer service representatives talk to you like you're inferior

Sending bailiffs to care homes

My father went into a care home in December 2024 after suffering a stroke. I have tried calling their cancellation number which was closed at weekends and had limited opening hours so I emailed.

I’ve only just discovered they have now instructed bailiffs to collect £128 from a man who is paralysed down one side.

Absolutely disgusting. I would implore anyone who was thinking of using them to not do so.

Stay away this is the worst provider…

Stay away this is the worst provider you continuously lose signal it’s slow and almost impossible to connect to your play station you have to plug in to the lan cable
When I missed a direct debit even though I called that same day I was charged £20 for this you do not get the speed you pay for , they suggested it was because my supply line was too old , this is utter rubbish as sky don’t have a problem with supplying the internet
This has been a nightmare from start to finish even tho I waited for my contract to end I still got charged

Business as usual

My mother has just been put into a retirement home, and despite several years of being a loyal customer, it was 'business as usual' to close her account, no empathy, nothing, 30 days cancellation notice and return the router or a £69 fine. EVERY other company I have dealt with have been sympathetic and gone out of their way to make life easy, even the council!! Yes it's a business but really?

Great chat line!

Among other things I like about this company, their chat line actually works! Needed to get a question answered quickly today and it was sorted in about two minutes from start to finish. Brilliant service. My contact today was Thomas, who was ultra-efficient and and knowledgeable.
