I attended two webinars from Pointless Plants and I couldn't be happier with them! Their approach is clear, concise and informative. I am also thrilled with their eco-conscious approach to owning and purchasing plants. I strive for peat-free soil and the alternatives that have been suggested, like coconut coir, are so helpful. Great service, great people, great ethos!

I signed up for two of the webinars, one on fern care and one on propagation. I thoroughly enjoyed them both! The information was very useful and brought across in a very comfortable way. The little Q&A after was also very helpful. It made me wish I lived in UK so that I could buy some beautiful new plants from Pointless Plants.

We had a damaged pot delivered with a plant. Small whole in base. Contacted company and they replaced with no quibble. New pot despatched and very happy. Service was excellent and would highly recommended.

A true delight to receive. Each plant was lovingly wrapped with care and they arrived in perfect condition. Not only that but the order comes with a little welcome home care instructions leaflet, and a special one for my Barry the banana plant, so you can begin your perfect plant regime from the get go. Obviously the promise of planting 10 trees with each order is a massive draw when buying new plantikins, but it's definitely the care and love that each plant gets that will send me back to purchasing more (and more) from the amazing folk at Pointless. Received my order today and my three little plants are perfect... in such a good, healthy condition and packaged in a way which made sure they weren’t damaged.... and environmentally friendly (all packaging recyclable!)

The guys at Pointless Plants really do take their customer service to the next level. Although they’re just a small business, they always.... and I mean always respond to any queries. I have sent them a number now via DM on Instagram for advice about any of my plants and without fail they send a response back! They’re doing amazing things!!

The selection of plants is just amazing. It is so hard to chose. The option to purchase a pot separately is great should you want to. The information on each plant is brilliant & allows you to decide what's best & how to look after that plant. Packaged so well & delivery is so quick. I am so glad I discovered pointless plants
