I bought first time phone paid them by PayPal and 3 months now no phone arrived .Very poor customer service not replying to email keep sending link to trace and showing for 3 months in Singapore. Told me if not arrived by end of last month they will refund and phone did not arrive and no refund came and I can not get answers to my numerous emails but nothing happened.I know there could be some problems due to corona but It looks like I lost my money as There no other way to contact opponent except by email and they are not replying
Very bad experience please pay little bit more locally in uk but do not pay overseas

Order few items and paid express delivery. I received incomplete package with one substantial item missing up to date and it's been over 4 months since I made a purchase. Customer service playing blame game but recently stopped responding to my emails. Money gone. Avoid at all cost. This online shop cannot be trusted.

Das Telefon kam schnell, aber dann ein strittiger Schadensfall, null Entgegenkommen, Rücksendung 5 Wochen (da kann Oppomart nix für), dann ewig gewartet bis das Telefon zurückkommt (da kann Oppomart aber was für), dann haben sie das falsche Telefon geschickt, dann wieder ewige Dauer bis das richtige kam, keine Kulanz bei Zollgebühren und Versandkosten für die Falschlieferung. Katastrophale Antworten, völlig unprofessionell und stur am Thema vorbei. Ich würde nie wieder da bestellen. mein Oneplus One hat am Ende über 700 Euro gekostet und über ein halbes Jahr Ärger... Daher absolut null Sterne, weniger als 1 geht aber leider nicht!

the currently selling Xiaomi Redmi Note 2 is the chinese version with roothack so it supports FDD frequencies. on their shoppage this is mentioned nowhere and fools costumers thinking they get international version.

After they admitted their modification of phone i canceled my order, first they tried to charge me with 7$ fee, after dispute in paypal thex quickly gave me my money back.

Keep away from this shop!

I ordered Letv One from this store and I got a the mobile in worst possible condition. They flashed ROM and installed some annoying apps and the condition was so bad that the phone would struggle to perform routine functions like calls and messages. Phone used to crash while opening YouTube app and calendar.
I got no response whatsoever post-sale and I would warn people from making any purchase from this bunch of useless jokers!

Habe das 1. mal dort bestellt, ein Oneplus3 natürlich per paypal gezahlt, ein Muss bei allen Transaktionen. Kontakt und Info lief flott und genau. Lieferung ging über Chronopost France mit Nachverfolgung.

Habe europäischen Versand gewählt um keine Überraschung zu erleben die 19 Euro war mir die Sicherheit wert.

Was soll ich sagen : 10 Tage später also gestern, Zustellung Handy okay auch die momentan ausverkaufte Farbe in Gold perfekt ohne Zollgebühren Nachzahlung.

Perfekt gute Leistung gerne wieder

I made the order and paid immediately for a website advertised mobile phone. 3 weeks later got a notice from them that the real price for ordered phone is extra $50 and I have to pay or cancel the order. I've tried to insist that website mistake is the seller's responsibility, not buyer's, but the shop didn't want to listen. After shop feedbacks check have decided to cancel my order. Will never order from them!

I have been buying phones from Oppomart for 3 years now, and I bought 4 of them. Nothing to complain about the products, but when a the Battery presentening a malfunctioning, my problem started. They told me to buy the new battery and pay for the replacement, that it would be refunded. I sent all the invoices and proof, they kept saying that the refund would be done, but never really happened. Don´t believe that they offer warranty because it is NOT true. I will never buy again because problems happen! But you have to honor your warranty promisse, and I unfortunatelly found out that they are not trust worthy.

I bought LeEco phone from Oppomart with EU shipping.
When it broke it took three months to get my LeEco phone repaired and returned. Chinese customs was holding it for three weeks before Oppomart collected my phone from them (after my several requests). Then the service centre was holding it for a month.
I sent a great number of emails to Oppomart, got the same reply each time: "Please be more patient, don't worry".

Die Garantie ist eine einzige Katastrophe. Ich sendete vor einger zeit oppomart mein defektes oneplus 3 und mir wurde immer gesagt es ist in arbeit. nach 3 monaten bekam ich das Geld mithilfe eines paypal falls zurück.

Ich habe bei Oppomart ein Oppo Find 7 bestellt, doch aufgrund dieser schlechten Bewertungen war ich mir erst sehr unsicher aber es klappte alles perfekt. Nachdem ich ein paar emails mit ihnen geschrieben hatte bekam ich sogar einen rabattcode. Also der support ist einfach sehr vorbildlich, bei mir gab es keinerlei Probleme mit Zoll einfuhrsteuer oder sonstiges nach Deutschland. Ich bin sehr zufrieden. Ich kann das unternehmen nur weiterempfehlen.

I bought a Meizu M3 Note from them, that should've been the International one. Except it wasn't. It was an Asian one with the International firmware flashed, in a very bad way of course, annoying apps and viruses everywhere, it even was half english/half italian. Best thing: the fingerprint sensor was broken. They pretended to be dumb and not understand the problem, then offered me 20$ and finally they let me return the phone. They had to fully refund me, return costs included (40$). They offered me partial refund (220$ for a 242$ order + 40$ return costs) and never replied to me again. I wrote to them with a couple of different e-mails and they blocked me with each one. DON'T BUY ANYTHING HERE.

Bought and paid for a Xiaomi Redmi 3S on the 15th of June.
E-mailed 3 times starting 2 weeks after order date, asking where my phone was/is and they kept repeating it was going to be sent. The first e-mail also explained they did indeed not have the phone in stock (even though it says in stock) because they don't have a pre-order function and if they don't put it as in stock it won't be possible for customers to buy it. Crap practice and it is now the 11th of July. The phone is according to tracking number, on it's way and it going to be received 3 weeks later than promised. Will never buy there again and will absolutely not recommend for anyone that want's to buy a phone. I'm sure there are a lot of better options out there. Eat a d*ck, Oppomart.

I bought a OnePlus One from Oppomart and I was told that I would get the EU version (AKA. Worldwide), I did not. I got a chinese version that runs a version of OxygenOS (OnePlus' android rom) with malware. The Chinese version originally runs ColorOS, but they flashed the "bad" OS. I ran Malwarebytes and it told me 15 files/apps were infected.

I ordered a OP2 64gb from oppomart incl. a kevlar backcover.
I am now after 6 months of using the product in my everyday life, extremely satisfied with the product. I didnt have any need for support yet.
The durability of the phone is also very good for my use.

My parcel arrived as promised 14 days after dispatch, and i recieved no additional import charges, also as promised.

I bought a device on their website. After more than 30 days they just keep telling me to wait for the parcel. There is no further answers than "contact your local postal office" which is ashamed. They once said "if the package still not arrived in one week, we will offer full refund as compensation, please don't worry." but that was a mechanism to keep me waiting. There is no a claim site and after all this time I already bought another terminal as I cannot wait forever.

DO NO TRUST THEM, DO NOT BUY THERE

Hice una compra, me hicieron ESPERAR 15 días diciendome que pronto me iban a enviar el teléfono; días después yo ya estaba molesto. Ellos medijeron que no tenían el telefono en stock...Me pidieron que DEPOSITARA $20 más para enviarme la versión del teléfono de 64GB. Por supuesto molesto por la situacion les dije que era una irresponsabilidad y que solo quería que me DEVOLVIERAN el dineo, ellos lo hicieron, pero al intentar hacer OTRA compra en la tienda y/o COMUNICARME con las personas de servicio al cliente ya NO CONTESTABAN. La verdad eso deja mucho que desear.

Nota: ...de las reviews de las tiendas chinas que he visto, he notado que a casi todas le falta muchísima seriedad y mayor compromiso con el cliente

Impressed by the 7 days it took for my zopo zp999 to arrive from China ( good price after paying £30 customs tax). 4 stars because the free leather case was missing, but customer services were very prompt in assuring me they'll send it to me. Happy with my purchase and if the case arrives will make it 5 stars.
