This was the first time I dealt with Lucas. I bought a watch and part exchanged another. Lucas explained the whole process and at all times his communication was excellent. I have very recently (today in fact) received a Rolex GMT Master 16700, with a ‘Swiss’ only dial. I bought the GMT Master from Lucas, and we had a friendly chat in general about watches of all Brands. It was good to hear his perspective. Great experience, I reached out to Lucas to reserve a 16713 while on my way to Goodwood Revival, communication was spot on.
It was a pleasure to meet him in person, he had prepared everything for us.
When I spotted that the GMT bezel of the watch I was looking to buy was slightly misaligned he promptly addressed it and asked me to double check to ensure I was satisfied.
