pleasantly surprised new customer

I had not heard of Lesara before i came across them while browsing for something specific. When i found what I was looking for after a frustrating search at a good price I decided to place an order which I'm happy to say was received within 5 days. Great quality for the price paid. My only criticism would but that i was never sent a shipping confirmation email & the status of my order was still "processing" after the courier delivered my item. However, overall happy with the service, good price, good quality. would buy from again.

Hi,

I have ordered from Lesara 3 weeks back (4th July). The goods came as promised with in 10 days. But i didnt like one product since the size was very smaller than it was mentioned in their size chart. I returned it a week back(14th July) and it reached Lesara as per myHermes Parcel tracker last Sunday(16th July) itself. I didnt hear anything back from them yet about the refund. I will contact them after a week or so to know the status.

The goods which i kept was okay. My shoes weren't very soft as it used to be from Sketchers though Lesara say that it will be good as their look alike.

Will think again before ordering with them.

Goods not received, refund not received

I placed an order and it was never delivered (DHL shipped it back to them).
They received it 2 weeks ago and I still didn't get a refund.
The customer service told me they will give me the money only after the warehouse employees will process the return. Are 2 weeks not enough to process a return?
When will I get my money back?

I was apprehensive to buy from a non UK online shop but I am so glad I did. Delivery and items were perfect I'm a size 4 and the 37 was bang on. Overall so pleased that I am ordering again

Items too big

Size chart indicates xl is 14, ordered these and they were very big on me. I have now reordered the L which is a 12, I just hope it's not one extreme to another. By this I mean hopefully there sizes are big and a 12 will fit. hopefully I will be happy when these arrive
The items were nice and material good.

So recieved the new tops, all six ordered are large. Two are too small, two are too big and two actually fit. Sizes are totally up the left. Still waiting on my first refund. Parcel posted in 14/4/17

First and last time

I ordered something from Lesara for the first time 3 weeks ago. On my order confirmation there was no idicayion of when I could expect my order, so after 2 weeks of waiting I emailed them.
I received a quick response, but still had no idea of when my order would be delivered. I emailed again and was told it would be delivered before the Friday. It wasn't and I received an email from Hermes on the Saturday morning that my order was with the courier. I waited in, but 4 hours later I didn't have my order. I checked the tracking of the order and it showed that a delivery had been attempted, but this was not so. No knock at the door, no card left through the door to say it had been attempted. I do not know where my order is, but have emailed Leaara again. I should imagine when it arrives I can expect the cheap product that a lot of people are reviewing online... That's if it shows up at all.

What's annoying is that I am harassed daily by emails from them informing me of their offers.

Disappointed

I ordered a lapel cowel neck jacket from Lesara that i spotted on the stylefruits page 1st and fell in love with. I went for the beige one as it was my favourite. All excited once i received the package i opened it to find that yes it was the beige colour i ordered but it was actually more like a shirt not a jacket! It is in no way a jacket. Im extremely disappointed and will not be ordering from their website again in concern that what i order will not be what i get.

Waste of money! Dont use this company

My wife saw some attractive shoes online that she ordered, After about a month! they finally arrived , Way too small sizing due to being cheaply made in china. I sent them back and was only refunded £16.99 out of my total £20.98. no communication no apologies nothing. Total rip off , unbelievably slow shipping and horrible poor quality imported products from an out of uk "operation" NOT RECOMENDED AT ALL SUGGEST use any other company than these . Many thanks Dave

sempre peggio

contatto due giorni fa dopo aver fatto una valutazione negativa per la gestione del mio ordine che dopo un mese ancora non si vede, mi viene riferito che l'ordine in oggetto era partito il giorno prima e che si scusavano per il ritardo e per l'accaduto offrendomi un buono da 10 euro e chiedendomi se però volessi essere rimborsato o annullare l'ordine da me effettuato.... ora dopo due giorni io ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna mail di conferma di invio merce con tutti i dati di spedizione come invece dovrebbe essere e poi mi chiedo un'altra cosa, se davvero l'ordine fosse partito il giorno prima della mia valutazione negativa come hanno detto come avrebbero potuto annullare il mio ordine dopo che esso in teoria era partito ???
le cose sono due , o mi avrebbero richiesto di rispedire indietro la merce al suo arrivo o altrimenti, cosa molto più probabile, l'ordine non è per nulla partito e questo giustificherebbe il mancato ricevimento da me dei dati di spedizione visto che come mi hanno scritto è tutto automatizzato come poi è ovunque, merce spedita equivale a invio dati di spedizione in automatico......
La loro soluzione finale per uscirne alla bene meglio qual'è ? Le restituiamo i soldi dopo un mese di ritardi, scuse e mancato invio del materiale e guarda caso la colpa è sempre del corriere e non di chi dovendo gestire l'ordine non avvisa la clientela dei ritardi .. Allora per avvertire la clientela del ritardo è colpa dell'automazione, per l'invio dei dati di spedizione non si sa invece per quale motivo non siano arrivati automaticamente all'invio della merce come mi è stato detto e ricordo che in teoria la merce dovrebbe esser stata spedita ormai da 3 giorni e io ancora non ho nessuna notifica di spedizione ne la merce........ Ripeto ancora una volta che se si decide di fare determinati lavori ,bisogna avere molto rispetto verso i clienti con celerità nel risolvere le problematiche legate a invio merce, mancanza merce e soprattutto nella tempestività nel dare risposte e soluzioni cosa che qua non è per nulla accaduto visto che le prime notizie del tutto confuzionali le ho avute solo dopo 3 settimane dal mio pagamento e solo perchè io ho chiesto che fine avesse fatto ciò per cui avevo pagato e tutto questo ampiamente documentato dalle mie mail...... VOGLIO CIO' PER CUI HO PAGATO

Trustworthy

I recently bought some clothes and a watch from Lesara. The items came to my door a week later and i was happy to see that all the items were as on the pictures. The clothes was the right size and the quality is good for the price. The watch works and looks very nice.
There was one item missing from the shipment and i send a mail to Lesara. They answered within an hour and i got a full refund for that item.

conclusion: The qualify of the clothes is good for the price, no items were damaged during shipment and the customer support is very quick and good!
