Die Lieferung wird zurückgehalten weil…

Die Lieferung wird zurückgehalten weil wahrscheinlich zuerst Klara das Geld einfordert. Wenn man nachfragt wird einen gesagt das die Lieferung unterwegs ist und es 14 Tage dauert bis man rausfinden kann wo sich die Lieferung momentan befindet. Wenn man beim Lieferstatus reinschaut zeigt es an das die Lieferung noch gar nicht weggeschickt wurde.
es dauert ewig bis die Rücksendung registriert wird. da muss man immer wieder e-mail schreiben.Dann muss man über Klara bezahlen, die haben mir obwohl ich sofort die Rechnung eingezahlt habe. eine Nachforderung von 12.-€ verlangt. Nachfrage bei Lesara war erfolglos die wussten auch nicht wofür. ich soll mich bei Klara erkundigen.
bestellen werde ich nicht mehr. Die 12.- habe ich bezahlt um keine Schwierigkeiten zu bekommen

Vare i stykker ved modtagelsen

Min sko reol var i stykker da jeg modtog den. Den var knækket flere steder og er stort stykke af plastic’en manglede foroven. Jeg skrev til jer med det samme og fik at vide jeg skulle returnere. Men den sag var tabt på forhånd for I refunderer ikke ødelagte varer (selvfølgelig) så hvordan skulle jeg få mine penge igen ??

Where is my coat? Why is it taking so long?

I bought a black Fuax fur coat for my daughters birthday and I ordered it on 22nd December 2017 and it said it will come in 10-15 days and I waited really patiently and NOW we are in 12 January 2018!!!! its still not here and I wouldn’t really recommend ordering here again and when will this coat come ?

Pessima organizzazione.

Ordine ancora in elaborazione dopo 1 mese e mezzo e pagamento effettuato all'ordine, pessima customer care ( non mi hanno riferito di alcun ritardo ). Pessimi in tutto, non mi dovevo fidare...

Alla fine ho chiesto l'annullamento dell'ordine oggi 10 gennaio 2018, per l'ordine fatto il 25 novembre 2017, che era sempre 'in elaborazione', operazione conclusa con successo, ma ciò non toglie che non mi ci servirò più.

Avoid like the plague!

I bought a shoe rack that cost €9.
Instead of online payment, they send an invoice.
They sent the invoice to the wrong address, but I finally got their reminder invoice which included huge penalties, and I ended up paying €40.48.
The shoe rack was absolute rubbish too, already falling apart.
Avoid this shop like the plague!

They don't care about their customers

I sent back my order and after 3 weeks I send an e-mail to ask when I will receive a refund. I got a quick reply saying that to process for the refund of the returned goods first have to be processed. It can take up to 30 days.. after 1 month+ I follow up again and they tell me it was never in their system that they got an order. Now I should find some sender receipt after 2 months have passed or they will not give back my money... the post office did not have my tracking number anymore..
I have never experienced such poor customer service. Even after I complained I never got an e-mail back. I lost money and time to this company!

Jeg er meget tilfreds med mit træningstøj

Jeg er meget tilfreds med min bestilling . Har modtaget pakken efter 5 dage og tøjet er rigtig fint kvalitet . Har bestilt det lidt for stort for at sikre mig jeg kunne passe det, men det skulle jeg ikke have gjort for det er nemlig lidt for stort , skulle bare have bestilt min rigtig størrelse , men det gøre ikke noget idet jeg har bestilt træningstøj . Men ellers meget tilfreds og bestiller helt klar igen 🤗

Pretty good

Parcel came on time, although the parcel tracking system is poor - still said it's processing but has already been delivered (same with Hermes as well). However fitting and customer service was good.

Avoid shopping at Lesara - item not received/refund not received

I shop online constantly, but I have never had such a bad experience. I placed an order on the 18th of September, and I haven't received it yet.
First email contact, they told me there was a delay but the parcel was going to be delivered soon. Second email, they were chasing up. After 11 days, I asked for cancellation, but I was informed that it couldn't be processed as issues were resolved and the parcel was shipped. I suppose that if the issue was resolved, I should have received the parcel by now. However, after a week, I still haven't received the order nor an email confirming the shipping. At this point, I just want my money back. Bad service!

disgusting. Smelt of smoke

Products look completely different to how they are shown.
My jacket was so creased I've struggled to make it wearable although given the fit of it I'm not sure I want to wear it.

When my order arrived it stunk of smoke. Right from the outer packaging right through to my products. Now when buying clothes you do not expect items to smell anything like this. I have found this disgusting.
Would not recommend at all.
