Tarren answered the phone and I am so glad!
Tarren answered the phone at 888-479-9833 and her insight and professional courteous attitude is what made me book a room in a hotel I’ve never heard of.
She should train people since I’ve never had a better experience with any hotel (or other) customer service person ever!

I was told that I would receive a…
I was told that I would receive a refund. I was put in the wrong hotel, when trying to cancel online it says I will get a partial refund, of which was never outlined and is 5 minutes after I booked. I feel like I have been scammed. I want my full refund now.

First I talk to a computer that could understand half of what said and the when I get a person we are half way through making my reservation and then she tells me sorry but the price just went up! Who pays over $400.00 for one night at a Comfort Inn!

I was told the hotel allows a cat. Showed up with a very late check in. Had a 2 month old as well. Once they knew I had a cat they cancelled my reservation. No place to go. Very disappointed. I will be seeking a refund. H16416526

I booked 3 rooms
I booked 3 rooms, received a confirmed txt for 3 rooms, and another showing 3 king rooms
BUT when arrived at hotel they only had 1 room. They would not accept my txt, he then wanted me to check email and when i opened. To my surprise it said only 1 room with comment "sorry we could only do 1 room not 3"
***NO TXT WAS SENT WITH THIS MESSAGE***
