Definitely don't order metal cards from this company. Not only did our cards show up super damaged, the quality is horrible.
It's like handing someone an empty soda can with your name on it, they want to throw it out more than sticking it in their pocket.
Then when we requested a refund, they refused and even circumvented PayPal's buyer protection to make it more difficult to get your money back so we had to dispute with our bank.
Slimy business practices and horrible product. Avoid at all costs.

Everette our return policy clearly states that we do not offer refunds, these cards are custom made. We gladly offered to exchange any cards you felt were damaged for new ones at no cost to you. I believe we offered to do that last year on your first order that you also claimed was damaged, yet we did not receive any cards back to replace.
Obviously you felt the quality of our work was good enough as it warranted a second larger order with us. You claim yet again they arrived damaged which we offered to replace your cards at no cost to you. I have to say I find it strange that we have had hundreds upon hundreds of orders and the only two times they have ever been “damaged” upon arrival were the two orders shipped to you. How odd is that?
Clearly we do good work as evident by all of our 5-star reviews and many repeat orders.

Josh With digital scratch has been taking care of my website for many year now he Did an outstanding job on the original design making it very clean and user friendly He also help me with Google Analytics in keyword optimization I rank fairly high in the google searches because of his initial hard work in understanding of how websites are found on the web
