My appointment today
Everytime in the last few years I have arrived early for my appointment but have always had to wait until 10-15 minutes after my appointment time before I was seen.
Today, I arrived for my appointment to collect my new glasses 15 minutes late. This is unusual for me but I was not too stressed, given the relaxed approach to timings that I had experienced here previously.
I was greeted with a passive aggressive comment "We were expecting you at 9.15".
I find the double standard rather annoying.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff
The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Very helpful when I needed to go back to have my glasses frame adjusted.

Good for exams, more options needed
Very thorough eye exam. Welcoming and professional. Limited options given for payment or types of lenses to choose from (e.g. considering balance of optimal for vision vs budget constraints).

Tests were thorough and Priya explained the pros and cons of cataract surgery at this stage, which was very helpful.
