Great sales folks with the right attitude. A bit slow on execution side. WebUserIF is ok-ish but lacks complementary smartphone app support for expenses, trip approval, and time managment.
Clear rules, active support, and dedicated team to make remote abroad work happen. HR like website is intuitive with build in instructions at every step. Im happy so far.

Top platform, amazing support team
Great platform for sure, great product, but most of all super responsive and helpful support team. 5 stars experience so far. Businesses should make a case of how to do customer support based on how they do it, no joke.

The overall experience has been wonderful so far. I feel supported and think that the platform is also easy to understand and navigate. Everything is explained well, and if I don't understand something or need help, I can just contact the support team. It was a very smooth onboarding process. If something was missing or unclear, I was able to get help quickly. I did not have to wait long to get some answers, and the agent was very nice and very helpful. Actually, everyone I was in contact with was very quick, nice and helpful.

WorkMotion's platform is consistent and reliable. As an Employer on Record (EoR) they pay salaries on time and send payslips, documents, etc. on time.
They are quick to respond to support cases and to provide additional documentation when required.

Proactive, individual and helpful sales process
Individual, tailored and proactive sales process with quick responses and useful solution-oriented advice during the process. We didn't end up requiring workmotion's services but if we did, we would only request their quote in the future instead of multiple. Significantly better service and sales experience than with other providers.

Good service, with some teething problems
We used WorkMotion to allow us to hire international contractors and provide them with enhanced security for our team.
There have been a few teething problems, which are the reports sent to us are in the native language were we are hiring the talents from, since we have multiple countries it's difficult for us to fully understand the information being provided to us to ensure we have a good understating if the talent has any questions.
This would be the only thing I would recommend changing. a part from this its worth the money, and it provides you with the peace of mind.

Great onboarding experience
WorkMotion made my remote onboarding experience so simple! Especially given I had just moved to a new country - they helped me navigate my new working and legal environment with ease. An amazing service for remote-based companies with teams based in different countries.
