While shopping in the wool section of the shop,I found the shopping experience very irritating due to there not being prices on anything. A person needs to continually go to the counter to find a price. When i pointed it out to the sales person she replied “the prices are changing all the time”.

Found this company as helpfull as chocolate tea pot pissed me off

Really happy with my order, arrived in just two days after payment. Found on Google search because the usual place I buy from in the UK is just too expensive since Brexit, so I'm over the moon to find a reliable stockist of Dmc within Ireland. I can go back to continue my project now my order has arrived, thanks very much!

Very poor packaging.

Yarn was marked with glue and dirt.

It is an absolute pleasure to shop with Vibes & Scribes Cork. The quality of their goods is excellent. Customer Service is second to none. Prices are competitive and delivery is fast and efficient. If I had anything negative to say it would be that I would love them to stock more brands of wool I find difficult to get, but they can't stock everything. Just love this business. I had to buy art materials (sewing, wool etc.) for my son for school. I wasnt familiar with these kind of things but it was very simple to order and I received them very quickly. Much quicker than I had expected.

I've ordered online from Vibes & Scribes a couple of times now. Usually I get a mix of art/craft things. Most recently I ordered some circular knitting needles, a batch of stickers and a set of fat quarters. Everything arrived quickly and was as described. If I could wish for one thing it would be that the website would let me see more than a maximum of 16 items per page. It's annoying to have to click and wait for a page to refresh so often when looking at things like fabric and thread, where there could be hundreds of items. That said, I'm grateful for somewhere that offers such a wide range of different craft products in Ireland. Saves me having to order from 4 different places when I'm working on multiple projects.

One of the many jigsaws I ordered from V&S over the lockdown came with 1 piece missing (even though the puzzle came in a sealed bag). I reported it to V&S who contacted the manufacturer (Pomegranate). They said "It couldn't happen" and V&S refused on this basis to accept return and replace. Given this, they get a decent rating from me because Joan offered to send me a puzzle she had completed by way of support (lovely gesture).
However, even though I had supported them during lockdown, I won't use them again because of their return of faulty product policy

Delivery was very fast, books arrived 2 days after I ordered them. Already looking forward to pick my next order!
