I ordered Trailer Wireless lights and got hard wire trailer lights.
Took a month and some.
Emailed them about issue they wanted to only refund me $11 and said I could send it back if I pay for the shipping.

This company is a scam!
This company is a scam!! Don't buy ANYTHING from them. I've been waiting 2 months and no product. Been asking for a refund since the 2 week after ordering. They still won't refund. Keep saying product is on the way. Have ask every day for a month and 1/2. No product, no money. Just like Sakerplus. They are a scam as well. Beware, you've been warned.
7/21/25 Update..still no product and they still refuse to refund my money. They keep saying its on the way. BS. 3 months..it was never sent. This company is a BIG SCAM! Do not order from them unless you enjoy giving your money away and getting no nothing in return.

Sent completely WRONG SIZE
I ordered bras in size 38B and received 3XL - not even close! There is no listed return policy; I have to hope they answer an email and provide me with the return address. I have no idea if they'll respond and/or if they'll "approve" my return, even though it was clearly their mistake. They should make this much easier.

It took about 5 weeks to get to me, and the bundles were not worth the money or time.
I will make sure I purchase nothing from them in the future.

It has been over a month since I ordered the flashlight that they were advertising on Instagram. Apparently I am not the only one having this issue. Buyer beware. Do not trust this company to deliver your product. I still have not received my flashlight. It is now June 9th and have not received ANY update on where my package is.

A pretty good fake
Suckered in by an ad on Instagram. Order never arrived. Fake tracking from tracking-hub provided. Upon reaching out to support they send they would resend, then said there was nothing they could do because of trump's tariffs. Filed a dispute with my CC company. AVOID

Misleading Tracking, No Delivery, and No Refund
I ordered from UpliftJoys after seeing a Facebook ad. The product never arrived. They provided two tracking numbers — one only worked on their website, and the other wasn’t valid with USPS.
They claimed delivery on two different dates, including while the package was still in customs, based on their own tracking link info.
Customer service sent copy-paste replies and refused to issue a refund.
I later discovered they run multiple FB pages under slightly different names (Upliftjoys.UP01, .UJ06, etc.), each tied to just one product — likely to avoid bad reviews.
I filed a PayPal dispute and reported them. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this seller.
