Great customer service
Only recently discovered and just placed my first order with Barevita. I love how stylish and cute the shoes look. I chose to measure my foot per the size guide to ensure the best fit. Lastly, moments after I placed my order I realized that I'd forgotten to include the welcome promo code for discount! I immediately emailed the company and they were able to take care of it.

Fit was to large. I reached out for an exchange and they responded with keep these and pass them along to someone that will enjoy them, they will send the next size down and only charge $15.00 for shipping.

I recently ordered 2 pairs of shoes from Barevita for the first time. From ordering to regular updates on the orders progress to actual delivery and then customer service response to resolving an issue with one pair being slightly smaller than the other, though both were the same size, I was totally impressed with how well this company is run. I love the comfort of pair that fit perfectly and how well they performed on a long walk on a dirt and stone trail. If you're on the fence about trying Barevita footwear, take the chance! It'll be worth it!

Customer service was outstanding. I needed a different size shoe. Within 8 hours of my email requesting information on how to return for exchange they had answered my request, informed me that I did not need to return shoes (suggested giving away or donating), and had my new pair ordered.
The shoes are well designed and very lightweight.

I did not receive the two pairs of shoes I ordered due to issues with the carrier. Your customer was top notch. They gave me ideas for a solution. Excellent customer service!
I ordered 2 pair of the Mia style shoes in a 6.5. I normally wear a 7, but that size isn’t offered. The website suggested to go down in size, thus the 6.5. Unfortunately, when I received them and put them on they weren’t quite long enough. When I contacted customer service, the response was very quick and very accommodating. I look forward to receiving and wearing my new shoes!

Prompt, professional customer service!
When I experienced a small flaw in my new Barevita shoes, I sent a photo to the company with a request for a replacement. Their response was prompt and professional. They needed a bit more info, which they received in a couple follow-up emails, and the replacement shoes were on their way within about 48 hours! VERY HAPPY customer! (The shoes are great--- just developed a small issue with the elastic "laces.")
