As a staff of the mall,I would like to mention of the discrimination that is offered in the newly renovated wash rooms all over the mall,as staff we are not allowed to use them and they say it's strictly for visitors only.You have to roam around the mall hoping to find a washroom that they will allow you to use and wait in a long queues yet you only have a few
minutes of break. We are all people and should be treated fairly regardless of being a visitor or mall staff.

FAKE BALMAIN. Offer 70% off. All fake. Nothing real, disgusting. Shameful and a hideous end to our trip. Do not trust.

I am a regular a Mara dubai mall. Since April 2023, however I had experienced a disrespectful behaviour from staff who mocked about me while I was providing my feedback regarding the salad I ordered. This is below average customer service- you make your customer felt like rubbish and moreover your staff who claim to be your accountant he’s super rude. In my culture body language or eye contact when customer are in a conversation with your line manager your staff was laughing and this is recorded on your CCTV. This is appalling. Unfortunately I will not be coming again to your restaurant sorry.

Really felt humiliate in Dubai Mall Parking with ARAB SECURITY. Today like everyday i went to pickup my boy friend. Coming back time there was a security wearing white Arab dress and with security vase he blocked the road. I honk the horn to call him why did he block the road even there was no jam. He said very rudely block block and i honk back again to ask the way and reason. He seems busy using mobile not assisting me ( I believe hs job as a security to help us not to busy in mobile) . When i honk the horn 2 times he get mad at me and shouted at me saying the words YOU DONT UNDERSTAN ENGLISH. Serouldy when did he guide me what i am supposed to do there. He said make u turn and come back... I mean jusr 1 sec road he want me to drive all the way 5 min road and come back again for the same. However i did the same but when i came back he opened the blocks and allow other vehicles. Just because i am ASIAN he think in his mind that we cant fight for the rights. As a security his job is to help people who lost their way to guide people. He really insult me infront of my boyfriend he shouted at me. This is not Dubai where everyone says there is ZERO tolerence, NO RACIST. I truly believe he has to apologize and need training again for these job.

One of the unique mall in the world. Excellent ambiance, superb security, neat and clean each and every corner. You will get everything which you can imagine for luxury. Must visit venue for million dollar experience.

A huge mall like they say, easy to find stores and walk by. Many brands with updated collections. Even the aquarium is located in the mall. Get prepared to walk, my husband wanted to have Michelin star food, so that was one of the reasons we went first. The cheapest Michelin star restaurant available in china town, good bubble tea from kOl. Over all good place to past time

Centro commerciale immenso, ci ho messo praticamente 3 giorni per vederlo tutto. Wifi gratis velocissimo, servizi super puliti, aria condizionata giusta. E con l'app per il telefono puoi impostare il navigatore (si, il navigatore per spostarti nel centro commerciale, talmente di quanto grande è). Assolutamente perfetto.

I went to Du outlet in Dubai Mall, to purchase a device the line was long enough, but understandable. When my number is up, I was amaze with this guy from their customer service, incredibly loud voice but indeed clear on what he is explaining, he is friendly and detailed on what he is talking. Good job Mr. Syed funoos.

Great mall..very wide selection of everything. However be careful at the taxi pickup there..I ended up in a taxi with no meter and he charged me double for the same ride I just had 4 hours ago. Tag number 20445 white Toyota van

This is one of the biggest malls of the world. Absolutely beautiful. There is so much to see and to do. The Under Water Aquarium and Zoo were amazing additions!

World’s biggest mall !! And it is always awesome to be there ! Super clean toilets , numerous shops to explore, great restaurants with the world largest fountain view and World tallest tower Burj Khalifa . Most awesome times I had ! ❤️
