bank charges unsecure / teeveeing
In March my bank contacted me regarding a braintree charge to my card for 9,99 euro from a ice cream shop in Luxemburg , I told them I've never been there I live in Spain soon after my teeveeing stoped working and I can find no way of contacting them , (will not conect to server error ). Have had to change my card details as advised by the bank and report it to the police as it is a fraud , update , message from my bank , later tv recording are trying to charge your card 9,99 euro that was on the 26 of April , I can't find later tv recording on the web and still server error from teeveeing keep an eye on your bank details as somebody at teeveeing has them

Teeveeing hasn't worked in Spain since Friday. You can't contact them via the website as it too is down.
If it's a technical issue let us know.
If it's not going to work in the future due to legal issues you need to let your customers know.

Recording issues.
The picture quality has been very good for a few months now, they seem to have resolved issues relating to that and buffering which had made it unwatchable. However, for the past few days I have not been able to record any programmes and I have not been able to send any messages to tech support.

Has not worked on browser or android since Friday. Had a similar issue to others with Later, no response to questions about missed programmes.
Very slow response to emails just asking what the issue is! No chat support, never take responsibility for issues

I too lost my later subscription
I too lost my later subscription but when I contacted them at teeveeing support they did sort it out within the day. I would suggest to other reviewer to try again. They must have had significant problems which is irritating but in fairness to them it was resolved

Not impressed with teeveeing total shambles!
We have been with tv mucho since sept 2021 with no problems.
teveeing has been ok apart from some buffering until
wednesday evening, tried to open a recorded programme and got a box offering different packages and would not work properly.
waited till thursday sent an email, working on it etc.
friday same thing.
I tried recording a fresh programme yesterday morning and it worked correctly and was able to cast ok.
still could not open an old recording.
I did a live chat with a human named oliver and he said they knew about it and of course they were working on it. told me they knew it was only affecting old recordings.
programmes that were programmed for last evening recorded and will play.
now this morning saturday, can't delete old recordings and therefore can no longer add any new ones even though we know that if we could they would would work.
no one around today to chat with, brilliant!!
as said mucho was reliable and very good.
we wanted to ask someone what will happen if we press delete programs button which was not noticed before at the top of the recordings page?
is this how we delete from now on, or does it delete everything?
don't want to chance it as there are some programs we want to keep.
does anyone know please? what a shambles!

Endless buffering
Endless buffering. Very poor service and it gets worse. Rebranding doesn’t help if you won’t fix the same issues! 😡 This has gone on for over a week. No customer service to speak to. Online chats closed. Useless

Nothing but problems
They have removed my Later subscription even though I have at least 6 months left, and although I can still watch live TV, my account information says I don't have a subscription. And there is no way to talk to them and messages are not answered. DO NOT RISK signing up with this company. I gave them 5 last time, thinking their problems were solved, but apparently not. Nothing but trouble and disappointment.

Horrendous Buffering
I really wanted Teeveeing to work but, even with a >100 Mbs download speed, buffering is truly terrible. A 30 minute programme may well take over an hour to watch and that is quite hopeless. I do not have this problem with any other streaming service - if it was solved, I would be happy to re-join as other features of Teeveeing are good.

Teepeeing is a good way for me to get my TV and a little bit of home. I too had the payment problem but my customer service person was great and sorted it out for me straight away. There have been a couple of little niggles but they are always sorted out, so thank you.

Same problem as others have reported
Same problem as others have reported. Can't pay with card. I tried my French card Athena a UK card both went through to authorisation and the transaction OKed by the bank but then I got an error message from the teeving payment page.
Tried contacting the customer services, they told me it was the fault of my bank. When I said I didn't want to contact my bank. They were happy to loose a customer rather than accept they have a problem.
