I have ordered from here twice. The first time was just samples, and it did take longer to ship them than the 2/3 days stated on the website (took 10 days), but I wasn’t in a particular rush so it was fine. I ordered again but this time I also ordered a couple full bottles. I ordered March 8th and it took until March 19th for my order to be shipped, which alright. However, only one full bottle and two decants were shipped and the rest of my order (one full bottle and one mini) were not included. I received no communication about why only part of my order was shipped or when the rest of it would ship and I emailed Peter on March 25th asking about this. He said my tracking number for a second package would be uploaded the next day, but when I didn’t hear anything by March 30th, I emailed him and asked for a refund instead as I didn’t want to deal with having to follow up on everything. He got back to me on March 30th and said “they” already picked it up, but I got no email from Shop or from a shipping service and he did not email a tracking number. I finally got a tracking link from UPS on April 1st which stated the label for the package was created that day, not March 30th. I asked if I refused the package and it was returned to him if I could receive a refund as I had asked before and Peter said sure. So, I refused the package and by the return tracking link I can see he received it on April 27th. I have emailed him three times since May 6th asking about the refund he promised and I have yet to get a response. He seems to reply to Trustpilot posts so I am asking – please give me the refund so I can be done with this.
Update: They contacted me and initiated a refund.

I've used this site a few times now & have absolutely no complaints. Customer service is very good & delivery is usually a few days. They have a really good selection of samples to choose from. Overall highly recommend & I'll be using them again no doubt
It took four months to deliver small packages with the worst service I've experienced. I wouldn't suggest buying anything from them, even if it were free.

Update: got my package. Had some issues with the delivery, but ok. I ordered 5 samples. One of them came with a broken atomiser, but the company will refund it.
A plus is that even 1 ml sample goes with spray.
What I didn’t like that you have to guess about your order status. Even if some lines were out of stock (though at the website all were in), it’s better to notify the customer. I would just cancel the order. And when I asked about the shipping and was told 11/12 that it was picked by UPS that day, but actual shipping took place 15/12 according to notification at my Apple wallet.
Very poor customer service. Do not recommend.
I made an order December 4, got an email confirmation saying they will notify me when they send the order.
On December 11 I texted at their website chat (no response), then texted at their WhatsApp asking about the shipment. Got a reply : “Good morning your order was picked up this morning by UPS sorry we were out of stock on few lines”.
On December 14 I texted again asking for the tracking number. Got no response.
Later at my Apple wallet got a notification that the order was only sent on December 15. Now it shows the delivery date December 29. I paid for the delivery around 10€ to wait my pack of samples almost a month. I wouldn’t order if I knew it will take so long.
I will update the review when I get at last my package.

Very disappointing experience.
I ordered some samples 10 days ago and paid €10 just for transport—for a tiny sample pack that easily fits in an envelope. I received only the confirmation email and since then: no updates, no tracking number, nothing. I’ve tried contacting customer service several times and have been completely ignored.
At this point, I doubt I’ll ever see the package or my money back. For me, this feels like extremely poor customer service, if not a scam. I definitely cannot recommend this company.

After my previous one star review Pete got in touch with me, he apologised (more than once) and sent me a much larger sample than my original order was for, which arrived very quickly.
So although I was disappointed previously I can’t fault the customer service in quickly rectifying the problem. Thank you.
It’s my second order from this company and I never had any problems. All packages are delivered on time. Samples smells good.
Perfume didnt smell anything like intended perfume
Returned it using their return process which generated a return label.
They claimed they didnt receive it despite having proof of postage it was delivered and wouldnt refund money!
Theyve now replied to this review with absolute lies. I sent proof of return and delivery to them and all they said is to ask evri where they had returned it to. Absolutely ridiculous!!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Crap products and even worse customer service

Update: got a response from customer service, who sent a replacement for the faulty item and a free sample with speedy shipping.
I was sent a half empty sample and then ignored by customer service when I complained. I ordered three official samples from smell to impress, including a 2ml of "ylang in gold". Firstly, the order took nearly 2 weeks to arrive (12 days exactly) despite saying it would be sent by first class post. Then when I received and opened the package, I found the ylang in gold sample was literally half empty. The two other samples I ordered were both also 2ml, and it was clear the ylang in gold sample contained less liquid. I sent an email the same day (13th February) with photographic proof and asking for a refund of the ylang in gold sample. I got no answer, so sent another email on morning of 19th February and still have not received a response. Although 2/3 samples were okay, I wouldn't order from here again - they've sold me a used sample as BNIB and then ignored my complaint. Better to just use a trusted decant site.
I needed my order quickly and wasn’t sure it would arrive in time - but Pete made it happen!
Fast delivery, great service, and authentic perfumes.
Arrived on time, excellent packaging, I love being able to try out small sample sizes of designer fragrances before splashing out. Reasonably priced and I can pop it into my handbag and go. I'm grateful for the polite service and fast delivery.

I found the niche men's perfumes I wanted and the original samples as well which is even better, with card envelope.
The other good thing with this site is they give you the option of making an offer of you think the price they are quoting is too much.
I gave them an offer £2 less than what my perfumes were listed for and all my offers were accepted.
So I'm very happy with this.
They blocked me on what's app after I ask them what is the status of my order. The order didn't arrive, and 2 weeks has past already, they don t answering my emails. At least they took my money, that they did. This website is a scam
