I was referred to Sleepstation by my GP after months of despair at not sleeping at all many nights or not sleeping well when I did manage to get to sleep.
The Sleepstation therapy over 7 weeks has turned it all round. I am no longer anxious about night time & going to sleep, because my sleep has improved tremendously & I sleep well now. The Team is very supportive & makes one feel understood & cared for. Also, there are many resource packages pertaining to improving sleep to suit everyone. Thank you, Sleepstation.

This programme made me rethink sleep. I had been a Nytol junkie for years and was anxious about sleep. I found myself going to bed earlier to try to catch up without success. In the end, I got prescription sleeping pills and thought, "This has got to stop."
6 weeks with Sleepstation, and I haven't taken a Nytol yet. I'm no longer anxious about sleep. I'm still not getting enough, but it's getting better. I am trying to undo years of bad sleep habits and anxiety about it; that's going to take a few months. But I feel I've got the know-how to ultimately succeed.

I was told by sleepstation that they could not help me due to my co-morbidities of neck injury, autistic burnout and anxiety. They were concerned that their treatment was not suitable and could make my health conditions worse.
I must return to my GP for a different referral.
I respect this decision and pleased they were cautious, but I am worried about returning to my GP, I feel like he shouldn't have signposted me to sleepstation in the first place, I feel like it was a lazy piece of signposting.

After years of poor sleep and reliance on alcohol and sleeping pills to secure sustained sleep I embraced the Sleepstation programme and it has had a profound impact on my attitude towards sleep which has seen a significant improvement over the 8 week course. After almost 4 years of bad sleep going through menopause & trying anything & everything to help, I finally gave Sleepstation a try & really wish I’d found this earlier.
The techniques suggested have made a huge improvement on my sleep pattern, from 2-3 hours a night to 6-7.
The tools & videos are very helpful & the support team have been great. When I’ve struggled with certain stages of the program they have suggested a different structure to get me through. I am off the sleep pills for the first time in years & my mood, memory & concentration have improved immensely.

Sleepstation is a game changer! The team are very supportive and the advice and structure of the program is well thought out. I'm not saying it's easy but if you are serious about wanting to improve your sleep then you will be committed to making some uncomfortable changes to your sleep habits and confronting issues which are affecting your sleep quality.
I have fully committed to the guidance and as a result I made some great early wins to the total amount of sleep I was getting, by the end of the 6th week I had my first 2 full nights sleep and have been averaging a total of 7.5 hours sleep for the past 4 nights which is amazing! I started my sleepstation end of May 23. At that time my sleep pattern was very erratic which left me emotional and always tired. I went into it with determination to really try hard. The hardest part was less time in bed to start with but that really changed my sleep pattern and encouraged me to follow the guidance from the team. Now coming to the end I am feeling the benefits. Sleeping much better.Still have a not so good night occasionally, but have the knowledge to deal with it.

I have found my experience with Sleepstation challenging but overall rewarding. I am nearing the end of my course and my average sleeping time has increased considerably. In the beginning, it was pretty daunting to be feeling so tired and then told to reduce my time in bed! However, I adjusted to my programme and did find the discipline involved helpful. I have learnt a lot about myself, not just regarding my sleep, with the cognitive awareness resources and do feel much better equipped to deal with my sleep after the programme. I am very grateful to all at Sleepstation and would certainly recommend it.

I was quite sceptical at first , but I found it helped me a lot .
I went from average 4 hours sleep to 6 in about 6 weeks .
The hardest part for me was going to bed later but I got there, it took about 3 weeks to train myself to go to bed later .
Glad I tried it .

I’m no longer taking sleeping pills or anxious about sleep. It only works if you keep to the programme and are completely honest!

Having suffered many years of insomnia, I started with Sleep Station with not a lot of hope as I have tried so many different sleep
Strategies before.
It is not easy but It certainly works if you stick at it.
Read all the resource information even if you think you have tried it all before.
The sleep restriction has been the revelation for me. Waking up every 2 or 3 hours and then not being able to go back to sleep sometimes for 2 or more hours, I was always trying to catch up on my sleep by sleeping later (if I could) especially after retiring, which only makes it worse.
I am now at the end of the course and really just starting to see a huge improvement in my sleep.
The encouragement and support you receive along with the sleep diaries make you feel like you are not alone in this.
I am certainly going to stick with my plan and feeling so much more positive about my sleep now.

The monitoring and supervision provided by Sleepstation gives constant help and encouragement. The routines for sleep times were set and although at first a little daunting with a little determination it became easier and the schedules really worked for me. Access to helpful strategies, videos and suggestions are there to dip into. I am at my final week of the plan and I feel as if I am in control of my sleep rather than my sleep controlling me. The course has some useful advice but it's all stuff I had seen before for free elsewhere on the web.
The amount of content is actually quite small, 5 minute sessions once a week. You could consume all of the content in less than an hour so for £160 - very poor value.
It didn't help with my sleep, I think it made it worse as you're filling out daily sleep diaries, constantly thinking about sleep which only increases anxiety.
The "personalised" sleep plan is very generic, simply put - go to bed later, get up earlier.

I registered with sleep station after many years of insomnia I had tried other interventions such as sleep hygiene, relaxation etc but without much success. I was a bit sceptical at first but I have nearly finished the programme and my sleep quality has improved dramatically I’m falling asleep quickly waking less and falling asleep quicker after waking. I think the difference with Sleepstation is that it brings all the research and interventions about insomnia together on a very easy to use platform. You are given a personally tailored plan and Support. I think it’s important to understand that it’s hard work at first and you need to commit to it don’t start in the middle of a holiday or Christmas! It’s changed my life it works thank you Sleepstation

I completed the Sleep Station course a few months ago and it has been life-changing for me. My GP referred me due to long term chronic insomnia. Not easy to commit to a program that keeps you, initially, up til midnight when you're already exhausted from lack of sleep but I'm so glad I stuck with it. The mentor support was brilliant, the videos really motivating and, I felt, tailored very accurately to my specific problems. Several months on, my sleep pattern seems to have been permanently re-set and I am still sleeping 7 to 8 hours a night. Haven't done that since I was in my twenties (am now in my sixties). This has exceeded my wildest expectations.
Thanks to all at Sleep Station for such a great program and excellent support. I can't recommend the course highly enough.
