Friendly and helpful service from the beginning (Moore Park Supacentre). A long wait for this bed, because we chose a particular colour for the base, but it arrived within the wait time we agreed to. Delivery service was excellent. 5 stars for great tracking information, phone updates, and friendly efficient delivery crew.

Though the bed frame was sent to the Richlands warehouse with the head and foot boards the wrong colour, 'Brent' was prompt in communicating and resolving the issue, and arranged the delivery of the correct ones. The delivery guy (sorry, I forgot your name) was polite and accommodating. Thank you.

Great quality tallboy - fully assembled and for a very good price. Easy to buy online. Delivery guys were great and took away all the packaging. I will shop at Sleeping Giant again.

After placing my order, I was initially sent the incorrect invoice and had to wait for the correct invoice to be reissued. Once this was finally resolved, I was then informed that the bed frame I purchased would take approximately 3–4 months to arrive because it was supposedly sold out. What is most frustrating is that now the sale period has ended, the same bed frames are suddenly showing as “in stock” again — but now at full price. This situation has left me feeling extremely misled and inconvenienced, especially as I am now left without a bed frame due to errors and delays caused on their end.

Pure professionals from start till finish

The bed arrived with a broken part so couidn’t be put back together, so had put my old bed back in the room (luckily I had kept it) and maybe wait for 4/6 weeks for a new one. Had to submit a returns firm in an online portal so may not even hear from someone for up to 48hrs. The salesperson in the store thought it reasonable that I just put my mattress on the floor somewhere to sleep until then, until I said I could re-assemble my old bed.
Hopefully I will get a new replacement bed with no dramas and in one piece.

Like the tracking link, it kept us up to date on when our delivery would be. Friendly delivery men. Quick and careful placement of goods.

Don’t go near these dodgey people. We were effectively conned and robbed by their staff and management. Sales guy convinced me that if our foam mattress would fit up our stairs then so would the mattress they were selling is and to try. It didn’t fit and then instead of apologising their management just point you to Terms & Conditions and say dimensions are the customers responsibility so they won’t give a refund. How can you con people like that and still be in business. It’s not like it’s $10 you’re taking for nothing… it’s more like a week’s salary. We didn’t even accept delivery, so they still have their mint condition mattress.

Amazing product and the delivery experience was seamless. Clearly communicated along the way. We love our new lounge!
