ScreenCloud gives us the upper hand for both internal & external communications in situations where traditional forms may not meet the mark. For customers, staff, and partners, the ability to very quickly, and easily, update content to ensure it is fresh, engaging, and effective, means more of our messages are getting to the right people at the right time.

The option of sharing a message via monitor with the ScreenCloud software makes my creativity shine. It sends the message in a clear, imaginative way with little fuss on my end.

ScreenCloud makes it so easy for users to create folders to put their content into and then load those into their presentation. I like the way the user can manipulate the slides on content order and assign a display time so we can easily get the information out to views. Works well with loading either a Publisher, PowerPoint, Word or PDF slides. Highly recommend them!!!

ScreenCloud is so easy to use. I just drop in images and videos, put them in the order I choose, and publish them. I can even set the dates and times for each to display on our communications portal screen. I love having the flexibility to change what's displaying at any time without going through another department or several people. Thank you ScreenCloud for making this simple!

Using ScreenCloud is a game changer. Before, we use to upload media files on our screen units through flash drives but with this tool, we can manage our media ads real time and with ease. My favorite function is how we can add file/s and set the duration and days and time when it needs to be flashed. We can also select which playlist can be prioritized to be shown across all ScreenCloud units. I love this app.

User-friendly, quick to update communication

My experience with ScreenCloud is great. I only got training on it once from our IT department, but when there are updates, I don't have to inquire about how to use it because it is so user-friendly, and the updates always make the experience even better. When I post my documents to our school screens from the playlist, it happens immediately, and I love that I can preview what I am about to post before posting.

Easy to upload and post images for screens. Also easy set a viewing schedule. Make it so you can type in the time when setting availability. Sometimes the screens go black when running ScreenCloud. Not sure if this is because of updates. When this happens, it is sometimes difficult to get ScreenCloud back on the screen. This might be because of it's compatibility with the screens we have. But I would like to be able to go to the menu, pull up the ScreenCloud app and sign back in.

Screencloud is great for posting the daily cafeteria menu in the hospital I work in.

Screencloud made it easy for our organization to utilize multiple screens in our building. We had some unique needs for timing displays, and their tech support was great in helping us customize schedules, etc. Highly recommended.

I work in a school. I love that I can advertise events, congratulate students. Parents can see calendar events. Without screenCloud I it would be a lot more work to get the news out.
