RxPepsDirect is a telehealth platform that prescribes pharmaceutical-grade compounded peptides for adults across 32 U.S. states. We exist to fix one specific problem in this market: most peptide telehealth services mark up the medication 3 to 5 times over wholesale. We do not. The model is simple. You pay a flat $39 medical visit fee per order. A licensed provider reviews your intake, signs your prescription, and Optimal Balance Pharmacy, a 503A-licensed compounding pharmacy, dispenses your peptides at their wholesale compounding cost and bills you directly. RxPepsDirect takes no markup on medication. No subscription, no membership tier, no auto-renewal. You pay when you reorder, not before. Your prescription is reviewed and signed by Dr. Jonathan Snipes, MD (Medical Director, NPI 1821250077) or Kim Callender, NP, FNP-BC (Lead Prescriber, NPI 1144661760). Both are licensed across our serviceable footprint. No bot prescribing, no AI-only approvals. A real clinician sees every chart. Every compounded batch is independently tested by Eagle Analytical Services for sterility (ScanRDI) and bacterial endotoxin per USP Chapter 85. The actual analytical reports are published on our public quality page so you can read the document before you take the product. That level of transparency is not typical in compounded medications. Peptides ship pre-mixed and ready to use via FedEx Overnight in a reusable cooled travel case. Syringes and alcohol swabs included. No patient reconstitution required. Our formulary covers weight loss, muscle growth, recovery, longevity, cognitive, sexual health, and immune support. Non-controlled compounded peptides only.

Couldn’t have been easier

Couldn’t have been easier. First, the website has tons information on exactly what the different peptides do and don’t do so I felt confident in my stack. Next, their automation compares the selected peptides to ensure you aren’t choosing items that may conflict with each other. Peace of mind. Then, there’s a legit questionnaire to further validate you’re getting the right products for the right solutions. Finally, once the provider approved my stack (another nice touch), the payment was easy and the shipping was on point!

Will be using this provider for a good while, made the entire experience smooth!
