Great online experience

So I shop from Greece very easy to shop fast delivery I could say I order in 3 of October and on 10th they entered Greece so yeah that’s perfect and plus very good online offers. Keep up the good work !!

Bought the deal for £57 - half full oils!

Bought the deal for £57, both oils arrived half -1/3 full. Took pics and sent to Rodial and it was just ignored! Really disappointed

Excellent Customer Service

I made my first ever purchase with Rodial and was so looking forward to it arriving. Unfortunately when it arrived it was badly damaged/broken. I contacted Customer Service straight away and was delighted with a quick response from Alex. Alex sent me a replacement order which arrived promptly. I highly commend Rodial and Alex.

Worst customer service

Worst customer service. I purchased Bee Venom Cleansing Balm earlier this year as a backup for Elemis Pro-Collagen Cleansing Balm. I just opened it 2 days ago to use it and lid had been melted and it was disgusting. I reached out to Space NK who advised me to get in touch with Rodial. Alex from Rodial customer service team confirmed that they were aware of the lids being melted and offered me replacement. I thought great but then he came back saying he won't be able to help and I should get in touch with Space NK. Ridiculous company. They are aware of the manufacturing fault and yet they refuse to help. I even offered to return the faulty Cleansing Balm back to them at my own cost for examining but they just ignored my request. Now I am having to throw away £45 Cleansing Balm as I don't want to put melted plastic on my face. They won't help you knowing very well that product is faulty.

Banana Low Lighter

Second time I’ve ordered the Banana low lighter and I love it so much I’ve signed up for subscribe and save. I wouldn’t be without it now. I also got the lip oil and love it too.

I love Rodial products

I love Rodial products , I received a bee venom day cream which comes in a pump action tube . The tube had come disconnected so I was unable to use it . I e mailed Rodial , sent in some
Images of product .
Straight away I received feedback and within 24 hours had a lovely e mail very concerned about my product and arranged an immediate replacement .
Well the customer service think was 11/10
Nothing was too
Much trouble , and thanks to Alex for their prompt response , a very happy Rodial lady

Well the products are brilliant and there are often good offers too. I have also found that the customer service is above and beyond anything I have come across before. They reply quickly and offer great help and tips for you individually so I recommend radial products and their team very highly.

Had a problem with an item . The customer service is incredible, so efficient and dealt with the issue immediately. Rodial products are outstanding and it was unusual to encounter an issue but as I say resolved immediately. Best customer service ever
