aber dennoch hat zum einen der 15 % Will-
kommensrabatt nicht funktioniert. Konnte dann ein reduzierten Artikel bekommen. Soweit alles gut. Aber als ich die Ware dann in Empfang genommen habe, merkte ich, daß von den versprochen Testmuster nicht eines dabei war. Das fand ich wirklich enttäuschend, da ich als Kunde auf Proben angewiesen bin. Die gelieferte Ware ist in Ordnung.

Terrible colour quiz

Terrible colour quiz. Nice product, felt good and glowy finish but AWFUL COLOUR! I looked like a ghost with the Capri shade. Horrible. What a shame. I should’ve trusted my own instincts rather than use the colour quiz & camera advice.

Poor customer service

Shocking customer experience with Alex at Rodial.

After emailing the company about how dissatisfied I was with a product and asked for a refund which was declined the company have now blocked my email address and made it impossible for me to contact them .

I asked Alex on several occasions for details of their complaints process but this was never provided.

Not a great customer experience and will definitely not buy any further products from Rodial.

After having made many purchases from…

After having made many purchases from this company, Rodial. My last purchase included the B venom eye patches. They were $19. When I got them, it was one set of patches after doing a Google search I found that the same brand could be purchased for nine dollars. I reached out to the company and got an AI bot. Finally was escalated to a human by the name of Alex. Alex wrote me the same thing every time, and when I said to them that I would no longer be purchasing their products and that they didn’t care about consumer retention I was blocked.
These are very expensive products. I probably purchased well over $500 worth of products. They don’t care and have no return policy. They don’t like what you say they block you read the reviews regarding the workplace toxicity at this company. I’m very disappointed because I like their products.

Crisis Averted

I recently purchased the Bee Venom Box Set from the website prior to leaving Hawaii. I wanted to ensure I had my products before I moved off island, so I placed the order at the beginning of April with the notion I’d have it by the end of April. When shipping lost my package, I reached out to customer service to explain the dilemma and informed them of my timeline of the move. They were immediately empathetic and jumped right into action, contacting FedEx to try and figure out the problem. When FedEx didn’t help at all, the Rodial Team jumped into action and placed a new order for me free of charge. They also stated that if I didn’t get my package by a certain date, they would be more than happy to issue a refund, which I didn’t want. I just wanted my skin care! Thankfully though, I received my skin care in the timeframe they had given me and was able to leave the island without further hiccups. The customer service was prompt, courteous, understanding and extremely knowledgeable. I’ll forever be a Rodial customer because of their actions!

Order arrived quickly and I began using immediately - morning and night. I guess it's too early to define how well the product delivers on its promises - I'll return again to report!
On a positive note - I have extremely sensitive facial skin which commonly flares-up when I try something 'new' but I've suffered no issues whatsoever with Rodial Bee Venom & Placenta 24 Caray Gold which is a first 'good' indicator.
