My 15% discount code didn’t work and so I had to buy the product at the full price! Good delivery, but I probably won’t be ordering again as I didn’t have a good first time experience, it’s a shame!

I have received my items today I ordered the bronze glow lighter, now unfortunately the normal size was out of stock so decided to get the mini instead,

I am so disappointed I can't believe the amount you get for the price you pay.
I have had larger free samples from other cosmetic companies in the past but this was ridiculous and for £25 pounds.
Supposedly two grams of product in this tiny bottom you could clearly see the bottle was not even full they were massive air gaps. Now the product itself is absolutely amazing and goes on like a dream ,the amount of people that tell me I look so well while swearing this. After this experience I might have to go back to my Charlotte Tilbury. Absolutely daylight robbery. I will be taking this up with their customer service team ,will keep you updated.

I bought the mini's after watching Olivia Attwood do a demo, I have to say the Banana Low lighter is absolutely fantastic, plus the Bronze Glow lighter looks so good, I am going to buy the Glass Tint next.
Rodial is now my new make up, I never thought at my age(68)I would be able to find a product that makes me look good , healthy, great texture and firmness to my face.

Great, was using another premium brand that did absolutely nothing for my skin, after tentatively using for the first few days - waiting for a reaction! - nothing happened so woohoo!! Skin looks & feels amazing even after a week!

Speedy delivery & used a discount code. Finally purchased the banana lowlighter. Smashing product. Only need a little. Also purchased the lip oil with collagen- gorgeous. Will definitely purchase both of these products again.

If I could give less stars I would. Customer service is deplorable! Beware, if your color is incorrect you are stuck with it. This company does not care about Customer satisfaction. Use another company or waste your money with Rodial!!!

I recently started using Rodial Bee Venom Body Serum after a large weight loss as it was recommended for keeping your skin from looking too saggy.
The product is great & was really pleased to find it on the Rodial website Half price. What a bonus.
A product that appears to work, smells great, is non greasy & easy to use.
However when I went to order it today I couldn't find it on the website so I emailed Rodial.
I wish I hadnt.
Firstly I was told it was out of stock, then had another email saying it was now discontinued, then another email telling me to ignore the previous email......what a shambles.
I ended up ordering it from another site , not directly from Rodial so lost the discount code offered previously by email.
Not impressed with the customer service at all .
Shame as I so far like the products ive tried.

I loved glass tint. It was my favorite product and looked amazing on my skin as it gave a beautiful illumious glow, iv never found anything else similar. But they have re formulated it and now it has no luminosity. I'm so sad about it and I won't be buying again

First of all these products are a
live saver for my face. The texture is perfect. The company is simply amazing and I intend on being a lifetime customer. I’m 66 and the difference I can see after just a short time is noticeable. I am officially a Tatcha convert!!

I made a purchase on December 19th and up to January 14th i still haven't received nor know when its going to be delivered. Service department not at all helpful. Its a shame because i liked their products..

I recently received my product, and I really love it!! I have been trying to find the right concealer shade to help with my dark circles under my eyes. The concealers I have either seem to be too light (which can tend to make my under eye look a little gray), and a darker shade looks too much like my foundation and didn’t lighten the area. This banana shade looks the best I have tried in a long time. And you don’t need very much. So far I love it!!

Products were delivered in a timely manner. Packaging is beautiful- even better the products are AMAZING. I am loving the Retinol Overnight Gel. Smells great, feels luxurious! I was never a Gel fan but this product changed my mind. Can’t wait to try the other products I purchased!

Makeup bag I ordered online, arrived damaged, dirty and used. I’ve been going back and forth for a couple of weeks, trying to either ask for a refund or a replacement item. I keep being directly to the AI email agent, which is frustrating and ultimately delaying the process for a new makeup bag, which was due to be a gift for someone over Christmas.

I was told a replacement would be dispatched but haven’t received it and didn’t receive any further tracking details. A week later, I’m now chasing for a follow up.

I’ve now received the replacement makeup bag and the same issue as the first, must be a manufacturing fault, really disappointed, come on Rodial sort it out!

Very efficient dispatch and the mini product I bought looks promising , first time of ordering and all great.
