Truly appalling service! Do NOT use this company! They take your money, and don't ship the goods, so today I will be referring them to Trading Standards, for fraudulent trading. They do not respond to communications, so I can only assume the whole thing is a scam, not a business at all.

AVOID !!
After waiting patentialy several weeks for the parts which I paid for and not receiving any dispatch information thought I would check the tracking number. The number was not recognised. Tried phoning at different times of the day but couldnt get anyone to pick up.Sent several e mails but no response. In the end got Paypal involved to get a refund. For me a very negative experience and will not ever purchase anything from these people again.

What a shame......
Great shop....... but ONLY if you actually go in the shop..... find what you want.... pay for it and walk out with your goods. Absolutely terrible service if you try to buy online and total lack of communication. Does not answer the phone or reply to emails. Currently waiting for an item that should have been dispatched last week. Shop often closed when advertised as being open with no explanation on website resulting in wasted journeys. Such a shame as a nice guy to talk to in person and a well stocked shop?

What a scamming business!!! Ordered products that said they was in stock on the website 1-2daye delivery soon as I paid for the order I got an email saying some of the Items was not available I waited a good few weeks. Due to current situation/ Still no update Constant emails phone calls with minimal corespondents
4 weeks later!!!!!!!!! still no products. So I Asked for a refund an cancel my order told please allow 7 days for a refund low an behold over 7 days now an no refund in my bank?!?! After reading terrible reviews on his website I contacted my bank who luckily was very very helpful asking me to gather evidence
After confronting him saying he was a robbing b******** he then blocked me! I have sent all emails chats an order forms/ recipes to my bank an trading standers because this company is just a shambles thinks it’s acceptable to keep over £300 of someone else’s money in the middle of a National pandemic. But as-long as he’s okay taking your money an operating a complete bogus shop don’t worry about your customers!!! I’m also plastering his poor excuses an the fact he has literally tried robbing me for £300 to his local papers. Honestly people stay the hell away.

Untrustworthy Company
Lesson learnt – Always check reviews, as obviously this company has a bad track record
They sent a much cheaper product costing £1.99, against the one I ordered and paid for £6.24.
Then ignored all correspondence, until I got Ebay involved.
Due to their incompetence I was forced to put myself in danger, during a National Lockdown, to take the item to the Post Office to return it.
Bearing in mind it was the wrong item that they sent.
No explanation or apology.
This took 3 weeks to sort out.
Avoid using this company.
