Great online purchase experience

Taylor was incredibly helpful with recommendations and samples. There was a minor issue with the manufacturer and he kept after them to address it for me. In the end everything was perfect. Great customer service.

Expediated shipment

I needed an expedited shipment to take the projector on a trip to our annual national family reunion. The Projector Superstore met that demand and the meetings and presentations were a great success.

I received the wrong lamp for my…

I received the wrong lamp for my projector. I sent in the correct item number but it appears to have been changed and the lamp doesn’t fit my projector at all. Chris and Taylor are amazing. They were able to refund me for the wrong lamp and kept me in the loop every step of the way. Thank you again for awesome customer service

Great to work with

I called to see if an item was in stock, and was told that it was. I asked a few more questions as to ship time & check out. The gentleman who helped me was extremely polite and helpful I placed the order online in a matter of minutes. Great customer service, shipping terms, and availability of stock when others were out made the entire experience wonderful. Thanks!

I ordered an electric retractable…

I ordered an electric retractable screen online. Whey the one I ordered was not available they called me to let me know and they found a better screen for the same price that was available immediately. Once it arrived I installed it and it looks great.

Ordered item, got an immediate response stating next step, was informed on every step of my order. Received order, package very well. Tested item work as described. Will be happy to order in the future. Very pleased customer.
