Don’t trust them! Horrible customer service. I mean HORRIBLE! I placed an order. Received it and when I tell you the photo was horrendous! It didn’t even look like my photo! It was way off. I contacted them about my concern and then they said they would get back to me after “discussing it with the team” well it’s been since MAY! It’s been 6 months and not a word. No refund. Or new photo like I asked for. I don’t know how companies like this exist. Don’t waste your money or time!

Placed an order in October. My credit card was charged and...nothing. I contacted "Customer Service", and I use the term loosely, and heard...nothing. Called the phone number at the bottom of their webpage and, surprise, surprise, the number is not in service. There goes $54 and my daughter-in-laws Birthday gift.

I’ve just placed an order for my 4th painting. All my paintings turned out well and I already had them hung up in my home. I am looking forward to receiving my next painting. It’ll be another exciting project!

The picture I sent looks nothing like you sent to me. My great grandson looks like he has been beat up. Terrible color choices. I hate it. Never willi order dro. Them again

I am now on my 4th painting and are addicted to them. I find they take 3 weeks to get to me but have had not one problem. They have all turned out so true to the photo. I give these guys a 10 out of 10. THEY ARE NOT A SCAM.

My experience with personalize everything was amazing!!! :D I wanted to make this painting as a gift for the YouTuber Caitlin Marie Reacts; she is so kind and really cheers me up when I'm having a bad day.

I got the order in 1.5 week and it turned out really great. The color combinations and small details matters and it was added to the picture precisely. I am really happy how it turned out after painting, looks like a real picture.

Wow!!!! Absolutely awesome, everything about ordering, shipment was so easy! I recently purchased a canvas for friends for thier wedding anniversary. to say they loved it is an understatement she cried and said it was the best gift she'd gotten. Thank to Personalize everything for making me look awesome lol as well as a superb product!

Scam!!! Contacted and got an answer but still have not received my order…. My order has been on its Way for three Monty Now.. total scam

I placed an order. Received no tracking number. Can't reach the company by phone. Sent a message and got no response.

I ordered a set of two for me and my boyfriend for Valentines’ Day and we both loved it! Honestly not experience required to enjoy it.
Fast shipping, affordable and an amazing customer service experience. Plus I received a beautiful gift of a free canvas for me to do 😍

This is probably a scam company. Paid them on February 4, 2024. Item not delivered. When enquired was informed it was returned - not by me as I didn’t receive the item. Was then told I will be given a refund. This did not happen. Company did not respond to further enquiries.
Unfortunately, it deserves a zero rating but that wasn’t an option.

Ordered and payed extra for 3 day shipping and until I filed a complaint with paypal I didn't get the item - that was over a month later. So MANY emails to them. No response.

Ordered with rush shipping. A month later nothing. Turns out shipping from China. No mention it takes a month to get here. Promised 3 day shipping. I will never order from them again.

It was a fun way to make a favorite family photo permanent for everyone to enjoy.

Scam! I placed an order in October, and about 2 weeks after it showed as processed and are still showing as processed. I've never received anything and been trying to get into contact, but get absolutely no response. Not on facebook, via e-mail, by filling in their contact us form... absolutely NO RESPONSE. I believe this site is a scam, as no one EVER gets back to you, they take your money and you never receive anything.

Fraud! Took my money and never replied!!
Before i place the order, it said it will be delivered within 5-7 working days. Once it was placed, the delivery extended to a month for outside US. And order status never changed even when a 2 months had passed. It only says being prepared and not shipped. customer support don’t reply on your emails and their phone number does not work. Check on their Facebook for other peoples reviews.
