Simply the best mindfulness teacher there is
I've been very fortunate to have benefited from many of Orlaith’s classes, courses and retreats over the years. Whether it’s one-to-one mentoring or training in a group setting, each opportunity to work with Orlaith leaves me feeling refreshed, inspired and happy. She takes a rich tradition and makes it her own with a unique style of training - skilfully interweaving poetry, music, creative writing, neuroscience and more to make mindfulness accessible, inclusive, practical, highly interactive, and yes - fun. Orlaith’s teachings and mentorship have given me life long tools I can apply everyday that have been transformational. A super fun mindfulness training
Orla's contagious laughter made the whole class super light and fun. Her extensive knowledge and passion in mindfulness oozed out of her as she guided us through the various practices we can use personally during our own teachings with our clients. She was patient, kind, understanding and embodies mindfulness herself which made it so easy to connect with her, and stay engaged through her sessions. Her support is constant and always welcomed, and I cant wait to meet her in person one day!

Amazing experience!
We engaged with Orlaith through lockdown. At a time when many people in our team were feeling isolated, alone and anxious. Our team is spread out over a number of countries and our weekly sessions made us feel whole again. It gave us a place to breathe and reset, and realise that we are not alone, that others are going through similar experiences.
I would highly recommend Orlaith's training for personal or work situations.
We have also used the teenage mindfulness sessions within my family with great results.
Don't underestimate the power of these sessions! As well as the time out taken for the session you will be left with life long tools to help you cope with different situations along the way.

We have been practising mindfulness with Orlaith as a family for several years now. Orlaiths depth of knowledge and gentle approach to teaching and guiding is refreshing and welcoming. I have also been a participant on many of Orlaiths courses, both in person and online - and have felt immediate benefits in my own general well-being and sense of balance in my life. Orlaith connects with each member of my family on their own level at the same time, this is her gift. The ease she generates for us all to practice together is immense. We continue to enjoy her meditations and deep relaxations on her website. Looking forward to being able to go to another course in person this year. :)

Wonderful
I can’t recommend Orlaith enough. Her mixture of knowledge, compassion and humour is electric. This created an environment where our team was about to connect, listen to one another and problem-solve with freshness and open-minds. Orlaith’s use of cultural references and metaphors makes mindfulness accessible to even the most skeptical of participants. Wonderful.
