The balance wedge helps me manage a chronic pain condition in my neck and spine. I try to use it every day and have really noticed the difference in pain level and the tightness in my muscles. I'd recommend it to anyone as a way of keeping supple and pain-free.

Using the balance wedge has now become a regular part of my day as it has been so beneficial to me in terms of improving posture and relieving tension across the neck and shoulders, especially after sitting at a computer for prolonged periods. It really does open up the chest and shoulders, so I also use it regularly before playing tennis as the exercises help with upper body mobility. I have just bought a travel version too as I notice the difference if I don't use it regularly. It has made a real difference to me, thank you Michael.

The optineck balance wedge has reallly changed my life. By doing stretches on this each evening, It has really helped with the stiffness and pain in my thoracic back and shoulders. This is particularly beneficial after a day sitting on work teams meetings and the computer! I also notice that my back and shoulders become stiffer when I have been unable to use the wedge when I am staying away from home or on holiday. So it would be fantastic if a ‘Travel’ one could be produced!!

I rely on the wedge for opening my chest and shoulders and giving me alignment. I have a condition called EDS with lax joints and chronic pain, especially with my neck. This is my go to each morning and the difference is amazing. I can now lie on the wedge and extend my arms behind my head whilst doing a bridge. Initially this was a struggle. The wedge facilitates doing a pelvic lift correctly and has also encouraged me to breathe correctly whilst attempting it. As a result of using this daily and having physio with such a great physiotherapist and inventor of the Balance Wedge I am now playing padel, something I never thought I would be able to do. It is truly brilliant.

The Wedge has been life changing for me. I use it daily (often twice a day) and as soon as I have completed my exercises I can feel the benefits. If I miss a few days I can really feel the difference in my back and can't wait to stretch it out again. I didn't realise how restricted my movement was until I regained movement through consistent use of the wedge. I have seen a massive improvement in my posture (including a huge reduction in a horrible hump neck) reduction in daily tension headaches, migraines and trapped nerves. I am a huge advocate of this piece of equipment and would highly recommend it to anyone who is sitting all day, working at a computer for long periods of time, suffering from tension headaches/migraines and back pain.

I added the wedge to my daily stretches and there's no doubt it has deepened my stretches and made them more effective. Improving flexibility, reducing continuous pain. I have tight shoulder muscles from decades working at a computer & arthritis in my neck. The wedge has helped me loosen up both first thing in the morning and after a game of tennis.

Over the last year, the Wedge has been a regular ‘go-to’, helping to improve and maintain great posture and reduce neck and shoulder tension. As a regular runner, it has been really easy to incorporate into stretching routines and recovery days. It has also led to constructive (and entertaining) conversations around healthy digital device usage with my 3 children. I only wish this product was available at the start of my career in technology, as I’m sure I’d be standing even taller! Highly recommend within the family home.

My whole family use the wedge! We all work at desks with our jobs and school work, so to have the means to be able to open our thoracic and manage neck pain at home it’s brilliant! After 5 mins on the wedge you feel so much better. I highly recommend to anyone in this modern age!

This has changed my life! When used effectively I has released tension from my cervical spine and shoulder so well. I used to get daily migraines from poor posture and after working with a physio and being given exercises to complete on the wedge I am now able live pain free! Incredible product.
