My dog is being picky again over her food. Not sure why. The food seems to be very well packed that she has become picky and I have to add a cheese topper or something to get her to eat it.

We understand how frustrating it can be to have to add toppers, and that’s not the experience we want for you. Our meals are designed to be complete and balanced on their own, but sometimes pups can get bored with the same recipe.
We do offer a variety of recipes and would be happy to help switch things up or even add a sample to your next box so you can try something new before committing.

Ollie has been an amazing company to work with. I got one order and everything was packaged beautifully. My dog loved it. I had to delay the second order. Before I got the second order, my dog died, and I forgot to cancel the order. I got an email when it was sent, and I immediately called them and the person on the phone, Olivia, immediately knew what to do offered a refund and told me that she was very sorry and told me I could do what I wanted with the shipment donate it or give it away. She made a very stressful situation. Much much easier and I am very thankful to her great company for training and having those directives.

Our dog passed away and they were so incredibly kind. Our current box was refunded, a suggestion to donate to pups in need and any future orders were cancelled and taken care of. I’ve already shared with several people what an amazing company Ollie is. Their food also helped extend our girls life an get her off of food that was making her sick.

WHY I USE OLLIE
I came to Ollie from another very disappointing expensive company. I immediately was comfortable and confident that Ollie was the right choice in picking the best dog food for my pets. I had an order problem but it was fixed quickly by Taylor. She empathized with my dilemma, and offered me a perfect resolution. Sadly, my good boy passed away after 10 years and 10 months of pure joy. He loved his Ollie and enjoyed it up to his final days.

Ollie generous and caring when my dog passed away
Given my 16 years old dog passed on Easter Sunday, I knew the chances of my cancelling the food order scheduled for the immediate Tuesday would be difficult. I contacted customer service first thing on Monday which was 'late morning' given I am in pacific time zone. They were understanding and refunded the payment even though they were not sure they could stop the delivery. They said to donate food if it did come. Very surprised and pleased by their generous attitude. If/when I get another dog, I'll be using Ollie again. My dog did very well on the diet, healthy and energetic to the end. Just ran out of time.

Great question—and the answer is yes! 😊
You can absolutely start your 12-week-old pup on Ollie. Our meals are formulated to be complete and balanced, so they can support growing puppies as well.
When starting, we do recommend transitioning gradually over about 7–10 days by mixing Ollie with your pup’s current food. This helps avoid any tummy upset and makes the switch nice and smooth.
