I have been using Ollie foods for my pet for quite some time and have been very happy with their products and my dog loves their food, but due to my dog’s health issues I needed to do a quick change of my order. Fiona was extremely helpful with making these changes.

There are two companies who I have found to have outstanding customer service, Chewy and Ollie. Issues are handled immediately with professionalism, curiosity, and an attitude of 'the customer is always right.' After almost 3 years with no luck, I finally found a food my dog adores. I'm an Ollie customer for life!

I have always found Ollie's customer service (CS) folks easy to deal with. I haven't had many problems, and almost all were minor issues. No matter the problem, your CS reps are always professional, knowledgeable, and eager to help. I can't say enough about them, it's one of the reasons I stay with Ollie products. Oh yeah, the other big reason I stay with Ollie is the food, it's wonderful, and my 11-year-old boy LOVES it. Best of all, he is healthy, happy, and consistently has great & healthy visits with the veterinarian. Thank you Ollie!

Ollie has the best customer service! I am very pleased with choosing Ollie , my dogs love it! I do have one picky eater and he has never turned up his nose to Ollie, he looks forward to his meals now. I love that the food is Human Grade and excellent quality.

My dog and I loved Ollie. My problem is with their billing. I was charged twice. When I called to be sure I was getting only one order, they claimed they did not make the charges. After a lot of back and forth, never took responsibility for their billing issue. The food is expensive and a double bill for three days really hurts a budget. Planning to switch to Chewy, once I am certain no deliveries are coming from Ollie, since they have awesome customer service.

If I could I would rate 10 stars. This has been so great for my baby boy, he is a rescue with severe trauma of being hit by a car before the shelter got him. It had hurt his jaw and lost teeth so he struggled to eat. I decided that wet food was the best option but store bought wet food is gross and he really didn’t like it. So I took a chance on Ollie and he LOVES it so much!!!!
It’s so amazing to see the transformation just after the first month, he’s stronger and fitter and oh so happy and best of all he eats every bit of the food everytime. I wanted to wait til after the first month to rate and it’s the best ever. Even dealing with customer service was so great and never did I get frustrated . Ollie is my dogs food for life I’ll never switch it ever

Their dog food caused my dog to get pancreatitis. Look it up. It’s a common theme with their food. They don’t disclose. In the process of getting the food lab tested by the vet and looking for an attorney to file a class action lawsuit for negligence. How can a dog food company provide food that makes dogs so ill it causes pancreatitis. No disclaimer or disclosures that their food will make your dog so sick you have to take them to a vet. Don't spend a dollar with Ollie, make them go bankrupt for poor business practices. Dear Free market capitalism, do your thing and put this horrible company out of business. They don’t deserve to feed animals, they can’t respect yours or care for them, they would rather make this sick with poor food

My dogs loved Ollie. The problems? I was spending nearly $600 for two medium sized dogs. That is the reason I cancelled the subscription. I was due to receive one more delivery and when I did I promptly put the packets in the deep freezer. Suddenly, my dogs both began to experience digestive issues. They were throwing up and had diarrhea. Yesterday when I came home they were lethargic and uninterested in my arrival (never happens). They had to get up in the middle of the night to go outside and didn’t quite make it a few hours later and went inside. I changed the food back to their other brand that I happened to have on hand for the morning meal and I came home to excited, playful pups! I will be giving them their kibble mixed with homemade dog food from here on out.
