Even though I left it late to order…
Even though I left it late to order from Nightingale because of family issues ( A bereavement) the delivery was prompt and efficient, the next time I need to order it won't be a last minute 'panic'

Excellent service
Every time I need to call Nightingale the phone is always answered very promptly, the staff have all been so polite, helpful and always care about my needs. When I have had issues with the GP and prescriptions Nightingale have always been very helpful and reassuring I know when I put an order in that everything has been done correctly and I have no worries about getting my order, this service is excellent.

Unfortunately although phones answered quickly, no explanation of why my order , placed 3 weeks ago, still not processed or delivered. No date could be advised of when delivery could be expected. Sadly now run out of products required.

Don’t use if you work nights
I do not recommend this company if you have a full time job and work nights. My nurse organised for the company to delivery products to me, as soon as I got the notification of the company i put in a request that any delivery was to be done in the late afternoon as i work nights. The notification of when the dilivery time was the morning of the delivery 1 hour after I had gone to sleep. I got woken up at 12:45 by the delivery company APC trying to deliver. The following day they called me at 10:45am to welcome me to the service again waking me up. This is after i had them put a note on the system that i work nights. I called back the day after that to cancel the service as they have proved that they are unable to cater for night shift workers. Why would I use a company that’s service is supposed to improve my quality of life and does the exact opposite, within the first week of using them.

Prompt answering of my phone call. Lucy was very pleasant and helpful, answered my questions fully and in a nice manner. Took my order professionally and read it back to me, giving me time to think without pressure. Explained procedures to me and confirmed delivery instructions. Nightingale, a winner for us.…
What a wonderful organisation nightingale are, the phone is answered quickly and requests managed without fuss.
To take away the need for me to contact the GP, wait for prescription, then organise a delivery is a great relief, now I just make 1 call! I would thoroughly recommend nightingale, they are very well run and super efficient, we are very impressed.
