Hi I am the PA I order for my client, delivery if in stock is usually a swift delivery within 3-4 days. I simply email them with the order they keep you uptodate on the delivery via mail and text and their usual APC courier are very efficient.

Efficient and helpful call handlers
The call handlers have been super helpful and efficient. It’s a tricky system to navigate at first (having to call Nightingale, who have to wait for the prescription to be agreed by the GP) but once we got into a monthly routine everything has been straightforward.
On the rare occasion we are close to running out of supplies, they have bent over backwards to help us out and get the delivery to my parents as quickly as possible.

A leaking leg bag
Extremely pleasant staff and efficient service. I have been very pleased until recently when a night bag broke the seal at base and entire contents leaked onto my bedroom carpet.
I contacted and reported this issue with Nightingales and the problem was reported twice.
However we have not heard anything which is certainly not what we expected. A carpet is an expensive item to replace.
