Very easy set up over the phone, when a situation at home was quite stressful. Even a gentle prompt email reminder. One call to re-order. Really nice operator who can guide you through ordering.

Easy Life
In these days of the sound bite and the order on line scenario it is eay enough to become frustrated and worried about managing ordering & sorting all the different individual medications that these days seem to be prescribed in order to suit changes with illnesses as more becomes known and possible. So, it is refreshing to find and bea ble to use a company like Nightingale that seem to have to common sense and desire to make things simple for themselves and their clients. They aeem to manage this by working with a slick system that is well planned well sorted, operated and that appears to be logical in theory and well planned in operatiion. if it ain't broke don't fix it is a good maxim. Well it ain't bbroke so don't try to fix it, it just does well as it is.

First time users of this very impressive company
First time users of this very impressive company after being introduced to them through the hospital where my husband had a bladder operation. Very professional and sympathetic staff .. especially at this difficult time for us ..able to quickly rectify an issue by the hospital and arranged for next day delivery which came on time.
