Polite and very helpful staff. Delivery was very quick which the company have to rely on GP to send a prescription through. Informed all the way to say which time parcel will be delivered.
Very easy set up over the phone, when a situation at home was quite stressful. Even a gentle prompt email reminder. One call to re-order. Really nice operator who can guide you through ordering.

We are specialists in home delivery and in bladder and bowel health products, but most importantly we take care of you from hospital to home and beyond.

Because one item out of stock delayed…
Because one item out of stock delayed whole order and not informed and given me opportunity split order or look at alternative if available. As a result after chasing them up given wrong information that no stock problem which turned out to be incorrect and caused further delays. One item critical (night bags) now promised delivery tomorrow but if not delivered contact district nurse for help!! They need to sort out their procedures

They answer promptly
They answer promptly, efficiently, kindly and I find them very helpful - filling gaps where the GP has questions and they keep in touch over any snags.

My father is having to use catheters
My father is having to use catheters, but when he was discharged from hospital we received the first box without issues, but I put in an order, I had a email on the 28th may to say it wud b delivered within 2 - 3 working days, still nothing, but when I rung to find out bout it, just to get told it had not be sorted. If this continues I will go to bladder and bowel, cos iv heard they are better.
