I've had the same issue as others ordered one bottle ended up with a bill for 5 over £130 i only ordered one i contacted PayPal and within 5 minutes they sided with nanopolix something not right there

Thanks to all the reports from people who warned about NanoPolix being a scam company with a scam product.
I am glad I checked Trustpilot first (as I always do before buying any product from any company on the internet) and read your reviews!
So I will give 5 stars to you people who warned about it.
I can't help thinking the two 4/5 star ratings could be scams too.. perhaps made by the NanoPolix people ..?
Sadly YouTube and Google don't care about screening procedures to stop scams like these on their platforms but perhaps they are more interested in the money from the advertisers rather than the protection of their end users!

DO NOT press anything on their site. I wish they were all barred from advertising their lies.

when i ordered 1 cloth, my order was automatically tripled by the website to almost $100.00. Upon seeing my credit card charge, I emailed their customer support address and my email was rejected as not found..So you can never cancel an order even though they say you can within 12 hours.

This is a total scam. The ordering process is convoluted
so an order for one cloth ends up being multiple cloths and a $15 cost turns into over $100. And it's impossible to get them to cancel the order even if you try within 5 minutes. I'll try to refuse delivery. If that fails I'll dispute the charge with AMEX.

Be VERY careful! They took my money via PayPal in seconds, without giving the full price in advance. Plus, you’re automatically signed up to automatic payments!! I am raising the roof with PayPal and with the company. If I don’t get a refund, I will leave PayPal. One big scam!! Don’t touch it.

I walked into a scrap yard and saw a car without wheels, engine or windows. It was a crumbled mess. With one wipe of Naobollox😂 and it turned into a brand new BMW. It looked like it came from the factory.
If you believe this, then this is the product for you.

I have had so much trouble trying yo order just ONE cloth. Their accounting system is RUBBISH!!

True it’s a scam company, took out $51.89 within seconds but PayPal helped me to get back my money

I have been conned by this mob. I ordered the scratch remover clothes, declined all other offers.logged into my PayPal account to find they have taken money for items I did not order or authorise payment for.
Emailing the support dept.has got me nowhere. They are scammers, don’t trust them or their goods.

I ordered nanopolix cloth and scratch remover for 30 odd pounds. They charged me 86 pounds. When I contacted them they said it too late as the item was ready for dispatch. This is a scam site avoid. Fraudsters.

As logged into PayPal for payment straight away took my money not even intimated me and when tried to contact PayPal they said not possible to refund and can put a case, Which is of no use as waiting period is 10 days.

Bullshit please stop using “PayPal” as supporting Scammers☹️ have lost my hard earned money !!

Major scam! Please steer clear! Deceptive all the way and fell for it as it was advertised on TV. Deceptive and hidden costs, so what looks like a cheap price for multiple cloths ends up being individually charged and massive shipping costs and the loss of, for me, hundreds of dollars. Hoping to get investigation done via my bank asap!

If you read the previous reviews they are exactly as I experienced. Complete and utter scam. I "ordered" 2 items at approx £35 and was charged £141.74. I phoned them within 15minutes to cancel and was told I would receive a cancellation form within the next 3 hours. Nothing. I emailed them to cancel and received a reply saying that the order had been dispatched. Lies, all lies. I am waiting for forms to hopefully reclaim from Master Card. Don't even open their webpage.

ITS A SCAM!!!! SCAM ALERT!!! Despicable, heartless, and dishonest company. I would give 0 stars if it was an option. This company is a huge scam. My dad and I seen their ad on youtube and both thought lets see how much it costs so i scanned the code to get a price bc it was not advertised. The website requires bulk buying to purchase their products. Not a huge problem if the price is as cheap as they're claiming. 2 cloths were the smallest amount and I only have one car so i put 2 in my cart to see how much 2 would be with shipping and handling then boom i was bombarded with pop up after pop up of products to add and declined all of them and decided I gotta get off this site so I backed out of it and was given a receipt for $84 for 2 cloths and 2 other products i didnt even see in the pop up ads that they were trying to push on me. I never hit a check out button or authorized a payment. Due to me having my PayPal account as means of payment if i liked the price and decided to buy one they already had my address and name and number they had all they needed to proceed without my permission. Do not use this site!!!! I immediately asked for a cancellation and refund and they immediately responded. They said it was already shipped and they couldn't cancel or refund me. I wish every company shipped as fast as they did and I wish every company responded as quick as they do. We're talking less than 30 minutes all this took place. They responded as quick as they took my money but couldnt cancel the order that I know hasn't been shipped and refund me and keep the products that I didnt authorize. Their dishonesty is despicable and their website is set up so that you can't back out of it. Thankfully I had only 2 cloths In the cart or I wouldn't be able to pay my rent right now. Despicable, heartless, dishonest company.

If I didn’t have to give a star I would not! Avoid clicking any links on their ads!!! It is a scam! I clicked on it which took me to PayPal, a pop up came up to buy more, I then immediately clicked X to cancel. I checked PayPal right away and they added on multiple things and it went from $17.00 to them charging $46.90 to PayPal without me confirming an order. I immediately contacted all the email addresses I could, and they refused to stop the order. Stay away!!!!!

These guys are crooks and the product and website is a big scam. Tried cancelling the order immediately after making the order without being able to review or cancel during the checkout flow.

Be aware and avoid at all cost.
