I ordered an embosser for my daughter’s birthday. I ordered and paid for this in Sept 23. Despite me contacting the company On a number of occasions and being told I would get a refund( after initially being told I couldn’t get a refund) I’m still waiting on a refund and it’s now June 24. They have taken my money and didn’t send the goods. Fraudulent company!! DO NOT buy from here!!

Ordered 11 sept 2023 for my sister’s birthday in November.
Still nothing on 8th June 2024!!!
Have emailed 7 times, no response after first 2. They have my money.
Paid via instagram link so cannot raise dispute
I just want refund now…. Please 🙏🏻

I had the exact same situation as @honeybee happen. I got my order today when it was ordered September, 5th of 2023. Five months is ridiculous. Then when it got here, it had the wrong name on it. It had my name on it when it was supposed to have a friend's name. I know that I put my friend's name because it was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Giving them even one star is terrible.

I FINALLY received my order (I believe I had to email them a couple months ago to ask where my order was). Anyway I just received it in March 2024, I placed it in September 2023…And it has the wrong name on it. To be fair, it is my name, but I SWEAR I put my friends name, as I had ordered it as a (Christmas🤦) gift for her. Also when I click to view my order to confirm what name I put down, it says the website isn’t taking orders. And I can’t see mine

They took payment and never sent the product. I received a reply when I chased them but have stopped replying to further enquiries.

For the purposes of this review I have dated it in Sept 2023. It may have actually been August when I ordered my embosser. I ordered well in advance of Christmas. It’s now almost March with no delivery or refund. I can only conclude they never intended to send anything. Avoid. Fraudulent company.

Ordered and paid more for priority processing in Sept 2023. Received order confirmation but the tracking info that was due to follow never did. Many unanswered emails. Going to contact my credit card company to see if they can help. Avoid!! Can't believe how many others have been scammed!

Purchased as so many before me and have not received anything.
Submitted emails to no avail - requested my money back through the bank - hope others read these warning reviews before trying to purchase themselves.
Go to etsy - they have some lovely embossers available.

My experience is the same as everyone else. I wrote them and did get a reply saying they had been overwhelmed by orders, but my last two emails have gone unanswered. I also ordered in September 2023. Going to my credit card company next.

Scam website, do not respond to emails and goods not delivered

Total scam. Order placed and paid for. Nothing received and zero response to queries. AVOID.

Made an order in September. I'm assuming now that this is a scam website and I'll try reporting it to my bank and wherever else to try to stop other people from getting scammed. Might be worth people reporting to the police as well, becase someone's probably made a lot of money out of all of these unfulfilled orders.

I've had the same experience as everyone else who left a review. I've called and emailed and no response. I've reached out to Shopify and haven't gotten a response from them either so I'm just out that money I guess.

I hate giving them even one star. Like so many other people who have made reviews on here about them, I believe this was a complete scam. It seems that many of us purchased this product in September of 2023 due to what I believe was a huge marketing push on social media. It seems extremely coincidental that ALL of us purchased in September and NONE of us have received the product or even word from the company.
When I first ordered from them, they sent me a confirmation email with a link to track my order. After a month, I had still not received it and, when I clicked on the link, it no longer sent me to their sight. Instead, it said that the page I was looking for no longer existed. I then contacted the company and, two months later, have yet to hear from them.
This was 100% a scam and I only wish I had done more research before ordering. Do NOT order from them. It’ll be as good as throwing money out the window.

I made an order on September 2023 and I have never had information or details about the delivery status.

I placed an order on September 8 and it is now November 27. I have not received my item and they have not responded to my inquiry. This has to be a scam.

One star is too much. Ordered my embosser for my partner over 4 months ago and no update or delivery date in sight. Customer service are below poor and they don’t answer any questions. Avoid at all costs. Absolutely terrible.

Received no email confirmation of order and no responses to emails when querying delivery.
This absolutely feels like a scam!

Order placed 13 September 2023. As of 11 November still no sign of embosser.

I imagine this is either a scam or they’ve gone into liquidation. Either way there is no response to emails.
