I placed an order few hours ago and now miniso cancelled it?? Apparently I wanted a refund for my order and I never wanted one? If itâs because the item I ordered was âout of stockâ, then why is it still available in stock on the website? I genuinely do not understand this at all! ONLY BUY IN STORE NOT ONLINE!
Positive Experience
Having read the reviews am sorry to find so many negative experiences and I nearly cancelled my order based on the reviews. However, I am glad that I didn't, as although part of my order was cancelled, i was refunded and the other items arrived really quickly. Am really happy with my purchases. I will definitely buy from Miniso UK again.

I wish I could put zero. I paid extra for express delivery 2 working days. The parcel didn't come for 5 working days . When it arrived my items were damaged. 7 times I've emailed 3 times I've rung automated phone line . No response or reply to any of my attempts to contact and complain. Im now reporting them to trading standards and advise anyone else experiencing same to also complain .

Such a terrible experience. They had this "Sale" on their website and I ordered a number of items. Then about 4 days later they emailed me "regarding the cancellation of my items". I advised that I didn't cancel anything and they said that many of the items were no longer in stock so they cancelled most of the order.
I then asked how longer until the remaining items would ship and I waited... I emailed again and again no response. I emailed several times and no one had the courtesy to ever respond.
Finally, the items did arrive and some were missing and the ones that arrived in a badly packed shoddy box and the items were all very low quality. I emailed to advise that some items were missing and what a dreadful service and surprise, surprise, still no one has responded to my emails.
A truly dire experience. Definitely avoid this shop.

AVOID. Items have not been delivered. Have sent numerous emails, no option to speak to anyone direct only able to leave a voicemail for a return phone call. Messaged via Facebook messenger and they have ignored everything. Still no items and no response over a month later. Dreadful company đĄ
Terrible online experience
Same as other reviews, terrible online shopping experience. Took ages for a delivery to arrive and when it did, only 2 out of 12 items ordered were delivered. No response to emails or phone which is a voicemail only (âwe aim to respond within 3 working daysâ). Items were for girlsâ presents so Iâve had to buy elsewhere to have gifts in time. Appears to be no chance of contacting them for a refund. Ethically and professionally terrible - they have my money, have not delivered the items as per our contract, no reliable means of contacting them for a refund (or a re-delivery even though superfluous now). Would not recommend anyone to order online through this company.

Terrible service. Paid extra for next day delivery on 27/01 and ordered before 1pm. Apparently should be dispatched on the same day and arrive the next day for next day delivery but wasn't dispatched until 29/01. Only 1 item from my order arrived on 01/02, no idea what has happened to the other 3 items and no one will respond to my messages or phone voicemail. One was a present which I have had to spend extra getting a replacement gift as for a child.

I bought a pair of cinnamoroll earphones from here and the first time I used them the left earphone didn't even work but this isn't the biggest issue I've had.
I went into the Derby Miniso store on Thursday evening there was a blue rectangular sign with cinnamoroll on it above the blind boxes saying '20% off all blind boxes' which is why I then bought 2 blind boxes. When I got home I realised that they hadn't took off the 20% on the receipt (I should have checked in the store) so I then went back on the Sunday and said about how they had forgotten to take off the discount although when I had gone back the blue promotion sign that was there was no longer there. One of the staff then accused me of being a liar???? and gaslit me saying that they would never have a blue sign?? and then I asked to see the manager and she said the same thing and also said I was lying. I asked them to check the security cameras from Thursday so that they can see the sign in the store she disappeared for a few seconds definitely not long enough to actually look at the camera footage came back and said yeh there wasn't anything there I was there on Thursday it wasn't there all I can do is refund you.
This is the worst customer service I have ever had and I was honestly so shocked that they gaslit me and called me a liar when I was telling the truth about the blue sigh promotion. I will never buy from them again.
Itâs a shame
Bought a drinks mug from their store and contacted them via their support email as once used it is not really fit for purpose and has a defect and issue which is not listed on their packaging.
If the packaging had referenced this issue I would have just kept the item as a decorative piece instead and not used it for drinking (itâs intended purpose) or not purchased this item at all!
They didnât get back to me for a week so I filled in the online form to refer them to the email and have now received a response to my initial email that nothing can be done as the item is outside 30 days and is not âfaultyâ.
I have shopped there regularly since the store opened in my town centre and have enjoyed the selection of products they have and the team in store are friendly so itâs such a shame to have this experience with their support team online.
Not sure I will shop from them again due to this as the item has a clear defect and they have ignored this and sent me a standard response.

The product I ordered online on 21/09/24 was in stock, item still hasnât arrived. I have asked them twice to refund the money, I have sourced the item somewhere else and now they are ignoring me. I have been sent 2 notifications of tracking after requesting a refund. The customer service is disgusting, they have lied to me. I would never use them again or recommend anyone else to do so. Still waiting to be contacted.
Terrible company
Placed two orders. Both orders cancelled a lot of items right before Christmas because they sold stuff they no longer had in stock. I placed a big order on Dec. 13th as the site promised Christmas delivery for orders before Dec. 19th but it's now the 26th and haven't received anything. I used the tracking number which apparently doesn't exist either. Asked for a refund as I haven't received anything and they refused. Will need to take it through PayPal.
Fake âJapaneseâ goods not really good
Like many Chinese merchants, they are dishonest on hiding where they come from and claiming they are Japanese.
Thanks for mass labour production, You can find some products there are copy cats and selling at lower price. Suggest to check before you purchase if you are copyright conscious to support original design.
Please note that they are NOT JAPANESE DESIGN. Donât be faked by their brand communication.
Frankly, Itâs not a comment to the quality of their goods but the brand reputation. There must be some reasons they can sell cheaper than others in same type of goods. Safety, materials used, sustainability, shelf life..
