Do not trust this company
Do not trust this company. Ordered items, they state it was delivered with an unusual tracking number by USPS. I have contacted USPS, they have no record. Also I have informed delivery, no package listed there and ring camera does not show any deliveries at the date and time they state it was delivered. Contacted them - email only - 7 emails later. too bad talk to post office. SCAM!

Very Poor Customer Support
If they had a negative star rhats what I would give. Purchased a Unbreakable Bear for tough chewers lasted less than 30mins. Contacted support who tried to offer me 4usd after paying 26usd. Lucky I use PayPal and they assisted me. Have used PayPal for many years person and awesome to deal with. As far as Mildnear go will steer clear and spread my troubles with them. I may be one person they think they can disrespect but my review could be seen by millions.

Purchased 2 âindestructible â dog toys, $20 each. Destroyed in 1 day. Now I cannot reach customer support to get my money back! Do not buy from this company!!

Do not buy anything from this company. I never got my order and they say it was delivered and I cannot get any information about the tracking they provided.
Trying to get a refund is like pulling teeth! Order was placed on 12-26-25.

Purchased the balancing fish andâŠ
Purchased the balancing fish and fisherman.
When I received it, the balancing post was missing. After several emails, requesting a replacement or the missing post.
Theyâre response was âthat was the item I ordered and sorry I was not satisfied â.
Needless to say the GIFT was useless.
Wonât go there again.

The ball would not charge.
I would appreciate it if you would send me a new ball, because we tried to charge it and it wouldnât take a charge. My dog really enjoyed playing with this ball and would appreciate it if you would stand by your product and replace it or reimburse me for what I spent. Thanks June Heitman
