I've ordered from this company several times over the years. Whilst the products are expensive, they are definitely premium and are much more effective than alternative products that I have tried.
Shipping from Australia took 9 days and considering the international carrier didn't show as having received it for 4 days, it was a quick turn around. All of this whilst there is turmoil in the Middle East and flight disruptions.
The company definitely isn't a scam and additionally when you place your order you have 30 minutes to review the information and update any element of the order including address.

Scam website. Placed an order for there gut healing peptide bottle. The shipping had the wrong address even though I entered it correctly. Our phones auto enter our addresses now. Never made a mistake. Their shipping confirmed my order with an incorrect shipping address. I reached to support immediately to correct the address.
Kirsty responds to me with their is nothing they can do. LOL. Look at their trust pilot reviews. Scam businesses.

I've been using there product 'Hormone Harmony' and it's helped so much with cycle regulation :) Great product for women who have endometriosis. I've also been on complete liver complex. Both these products have been game changes for me.

Initially had a rough start with lvlup health and it took a while but thanks to their great customer support managed to get things sorted. going to take a few weeks to see how well the supplements work and will update this review again then!

Excellent service and understanding of my needs.
I had a hip replacement 3 months ago. I have been told about Peptides for help with healing but I did not know where to start. I reached out to customer support and they helped immensely.
My order did take longer than I thought it would, but I didn't realise at the time that it can take longer when coming from overseas.
When I asked the team for clarification on this, they were more than happy to assist and explain the situation. I just needed to be patient :)

After reading some poor reviews I was a bit skeptical about buying from the company. I had been recommended the hormone balance product and told it’s a great product so I took the chance. The Customer service team has been very quick and helpful with replying to my emails.

PRODUCT EVENTUALLY RECEIVED
I experienced difficulty getting this product from the supplier. I was informed that the courier company had received the physical product even though a tracking number had been issued. I emailed the customer support team several times and received no response. Eventually I emailed from a different email address and did receive a reply and they agreed to re-ship the product to me as a gesture of goodwill. It does seem odd that there are multiple accounts of other customers having the same issue over a period of time. I suggest buying any product from this company on your credit card so you can dispute the charge if it doesn't arrive. I did get my order in the end but it took well over a month to sort it out with the company.

I recently fractured my sternum from a car accident and was recommended to use lvlup's peptides to hasten recovery. Massive difference in my recovery before and after taking them!
I was told recovery would take 6 weeks and would need to be medicated for at least 4 as the sternum is the thickest bone and will take time to heal. I took BCP 157 and AC fragments and was off the pain meds 2 weeks post-accident! Definitely was in a lot of pain but lvlup peptides made recovery so much quicker!

The 3 stars is benefit of the doubt that the actual product turns out to be good (not even excellent, this is how low the bar is). Three weeks on no sign of it. I should have read the reviews before ordering and paying USD25 Shipping to later be told that in their terms and conditions (you know we all go read the fine print) that they use regular postal service. Meanwhile I order things from the USA all the time, for less money than this (expensive product) often dont pay delivery and still get it in 3-5 days through DHL/UPS etc. Anyway, here's the fun part, it has landed supposedly with our crap local postal service and they are charging me an additional USD15 for DELIVERY - NOT DUTIES - DELIVERY. So USD40 and 3 weeks on..
Its hard to appreciate a product when the product service is so poor. I understand scaling companies sometimes take time to figure things out, but transparency with customers is key if you want me to return, and I wouldnt return. There are brilliant peptide companies out there. If under the shipping description you put a clear label saying this is for local postal service, I would never have ordered, or did and expected this. If you mentioned additional delivery charges (not duties) on arrival - then I would have a chance to consider. USD200+ in and I feel duped. Its a joke. And customer service - ZERO accountability. Just smiles about how we should be patient and how they mention things in their tiny terms and conditions page. This does not instill trust. Own it. Unless you are happy with this being your customer experience.

I fell in love with this company several years ago with their first product, the Ultimate GI Repair. It was clear from the start that a lot of thought had been put into the formulation, and that they truly cared about quality. As more products have been released over the years, I’ve only grown more impressed with each one. There have even been times when a product was held back because it didn’t test well, and instead of pushing it out, they sent it back. That commitment to quality over quantity is something I deeply value.

i ordered goods for 400 USD - i never received them - they sent through amazon - and said its benn delivered - its been delivered to a total wrong address- which they wont even send or give me -and now they are ghosting me ... so i cvan write 400USD off... unbelievable in this segment ... so stay away from this brand

So far this company is trash. Been waiting on my order for two weeks with constant updates saying its delayed. Contacted company and no response. I would recommend looking for a different company. Im pretty sure im out $200 cause this trash company. Save yourself the headache and go with a different company

Second order with them. Each time shipping ETA gets delayed. Shipping is very expensive and unreliable. Very quick to place the order and get your money. When it comes to delivery, big problem. No phone number to call them at. Emails they don’t respond. Bot asks you many questions then after filling all info, it tells you there is nobody available. Come again later.

Customer Service is nonexistent! I placed an order on last Saturday and I got an email that the label was created. Monday was a holiday (Memorial Day) assumed it wouldn’t be shipped on Monday, however, today is Friday and the label has STILL only been created. Email sent on time saying label created, when you click on “tracking number” it clearly shows that the product has not been picked up from facility( not sure if they know this) so you can see that they created the label and then sat there for five days without shipping it! There is no phone number to call you can only communicate through email or chat, which is AI and doesn’t recognize ANY question you ask in any capacity. I have been emailing for days with no response. I did get a response a couple months ago because the same thing was happening with my order. I guess this is how they run their business, They were very argumentative and aggressive. Told me they were a small business. Well, all that’s fine, I actually prefer to shop small businesses, but if he can’t handle the orders, possibly hire some staff? Something being shipped from California only takes 2 to 3 days but 6 days and it hasn’t even left your facility? This company does NOT offer good service. The product that I order (GI repair) works pretty good. But! I chose this product because it had all of the ingredients that I needed however, I’m constantly running out because they don’t ship on time. I have no choice but to find it somewhere else this is just not worth the headache. How can you run a company and your customers have no way to contact you or find out anything about their order? Honestly, the products may seem to be what you need, but the headache of not knowing when or if your item is going to come accompanied with the fact that you can’t communicate with anyone, and if you’re lucky enough to get somebody to respond, they’re extremely rude and aggressive. It does not make sense. Since I can’t contact them to cancel the order, I will be disputing it through my credit card and I will find the product somewhere else. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME, THEY DO NOT CARE!!!!!
UPDATE: FINALLY got a response, a week later. They are blaming it on USPS saying that they didn’t update their scan or whatever she tried to explain but basically it’s UPS‘s fault. She assured me in the email that it was shipped out and that she was going to contact UPS and file a claim. How can you file a claim on a product that was never picked up and if it was picked up never scanned there’s no trace of it. Do you think they offered to give me my money back or re-ship the product? ABSOLUTELY NOT! I can tell you firsthand from working with many carriers as previously mentioned that once the item is put into their hand they scan it. This shows when I track the package that it is still seven days later labeled created not picked up. If you’re going to attempt to use this company, I strongly urge you to read the terms and conditions. In a nutshell, it says once you pay you are agreeing to and there is a LOOONG list of things they are not responsible for anything. I was told it would take about two weeks to contact UPS and find out where my package is so that means for almost an entire month I have to go without the product that I rely on for my health. It also says in so many words and I am paraphrasing. They will fill it when they can. They will ship it if they want to they reserve the right to fulfill orders if they want to or not, but it also says that all packages are sent out within 24 to 48 hours with firsthand experience in the five or six times I’ve ordered not one single time. Has it been shipped in 24 hours or 48 hours. At this point, I don’t even expect to get the product. I am just out $200. I will make a call to my credit card company to see if there’s anything they can do however, just find another company. I did. In one day, I contacted the company, explained my situation, got a product with exact same ingredients, and was shipped and accompanied with an email from the CEO, ensuring that everything was taken care of and on its way to my house and all of that happened in 24 hours. No matter how good a product is if the company can’t treat its customer with importance, what’s the point? This is not how you keep loyal, returning customers.
