This is a gem of a jewellers tucked away in the Rows of Chester. A real old-fashioned, traditional shop run by very professional, helpful and welcoming staff. It is always a pleasure to shop here and there is a wonderful array of beautiful pieces of jewellery to choose from. The best jewellers in Chester.

Exceptional service at Lowe and Sons. I recently purchased an absolutely stunning Victorian ring, which needed re-sizing and engraving to match. The results have exceeded my already high expectations and I am absolutely in love with my new piece of history. Everything worked to plan - engagement ring was taken in early for staff to check its condition before the valuation on 8th September 2025.
Ring was handed back on time and report issued the following week.
However, the report did not provide full details of two of the four diamonds. Staff stated this was because the valuer had not been handed the previous valuation certificates. I was not requested to provide any documentation in advance.

A beautiful shop, with polite, knowledgeable and welcoming staff. The range of gold and silver items for sale is wonderful, and l have often seen exceptional works of art for sale both in the shop window, and within the inside cabinets. The interior of the shop is a pure delight, like stepping back in time.
