Have requested a refund twice and they…

update: they finally refunded me when i threatened to have my bank look into the transaction. would not shop there. buyer beware. you would think if they were a new business starting up they’d provide a detailed timeline for shipping. But there’s nothing… you just lose your money essentially.

Have requested a refund twice and they keep sayings “here’s a ten percent discount for you next order” like i’d ever shop from them again. Never received anything… lost my money. 100 percent scam.

I got my beautiful dress

Edited: I got my dress. They contacted me and fixed the problem after this review. Well, the dress It’s the most beautiful dress I have ever had. It’s just like the picture and a great quality. I’ll order more.
I lost my money 😞 I never got my order. I’m so sad. 130$ in one dress and after 2 months they don’t answer the messages and I don’t have my dress either. I wrote them through the website, Instagram, etc but hey don’t answer. I think they are in China or somewhere. Be aware. DON’T BUY FROM THEM.

Nice dress, bad customer service

I bought a dress from them, it took a while for them to ship. I followed up a few times. They did not respond to the first 2 emails but did respond to my last email which happens to be when the dress is ready to ship. It did come within reasonable time. The quality is good and it looks exactly like the website picture. I don’t any issue with that. The main problem is the lack of communication and customer service. I do want to buy from them again but not until the customer service improves.

Buyer Beware

I love the look of this dresses. Buyer beware!! I ordered and paid for one on April 15th. On the 26th I inquired about delivery because no notifications had been sent. CS did reply quickly and said they couldn’t give a delivery date. I reached out to customer service today, May 6th, asking for a delivery date or I will cancel the order. There hasn’t been a reply so far. As beautiful as these are, I can’t recommend them

The zipper broke on the dress I bought…

I had a bad experience initially bc the zipper broke on my dress the first time I wore it. I wasn’t sure if linen vibes would help me resolve my issue since they first suggested a partial refund and fixing the zipper myself. However, they did eventually offer to replace my dess and I am excited because it really is a lovely dress! The received lots of compliments when I wore it! :)

Be prepared to wait.

I purchased two dresses and after waiting a month they had still not shipped. I contact customer service and was told they didn’t have a date as to when I could expect them to ship. I requested them to cancel the order and refund my purchase. I’m currently waiting for the refund.

I recently bought a blue dress from Linenvibes' newly launched website, and I’m so impressed! The quality exceeded my expectations—the fabric has a beautiful linen texture, and the craftsmanship is excellent. The cut is flattering, and it makes me look and feel amazing. The dresses from LinenVibes are basically made of cotton - linen blend. I think they're not only comfortable but also healthy. The workmanship is delicate and the styles are beautiful. Sometimes the shipping is slow, and sometimes it's fast. Maybe it's a small studio, so the production is slow. The return process is also a bit slow, but they do refund me, which makes me feel at ease. I'll keep buying from them.
