Timely arrival
I purchased the Crystal water bottle. I noticed the water is filled with tiny bubbles after a short period of time, so I'm assuming that is the water being energized.
Currently as for the health benefit. I just trust this water has to be better for me than normal tap water.

the moment my tree of life necklace arrived, I started to wear it, it was like an immediate relief for me, my friend helped me to put it around my neck, as my left side of the body is paralyzed, hence life can be challenging at times .the necklace is beautiful, and arrived overnight.
