Chulan is an amazing rep, very very helpful! 10/10 service

Yesterday I made a booking for aquaventure dubai. Today I got a message on WhatsApp from a JOM Travel representative Called Chulan who happened to be double checking if I booked the correct date. I didn't and I noticed I booked December 14th accidentally. I told him about the mistake I made and began to panic. Chulan assured me that it'll be okay. Within 5 minutes he changed the booking to todays date and we had an absolute blast! What a service, what a man! Thank you so much Chulan. I will be booking with JOM again thanks to this guys incredible service. If I could give more stars I would!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I explained my situation and asked to return the money back, jomtravel employees promised to return the money, but they never returned it. and stopped responding to the message

It helps save me some money and time from buying tickets online. When I didn’t see the sent tickets, I contacted them through messenger the next day and they willing to resend my tickets again through email, quite helpful!

I bought ticket for 4 adult and one child on 31 Mei 2023 and i went to Melaka Wonderland Theme Park & Resort on 1 Jun 2023. But after i arrived at MWTP to check in, i still don’t received any kind of email for my ticket from JTL and i need to waited for another 20 minutes. What kind of service is this? It’s so worst!

I booked a ticket on KL but if you don't read everything it was NOT obvious that ticket is for local and for foreigners you have to add extra money.
Also ticket is sent to your whatsapp so insert your phone number connected with whatsapp.
They helped me solved a problems.

They are doing great when I was having an issue on getting the E-ticket. I was late purchased ticket at night for next day trip and I did call for help and really thankful they pickup at12am and solving my problem. And next day early morning they send the ticket to me. Really thank to the staff, very good service.

Really had bad experience.. got invalid ticket . Selepas di mintak tunggu lebih 20minit staff kata sy tak boleh sabar menunggu .. awal kata tunggu 10minit ..tapi hingga lebih 20minit sy tunggu ,staff boleh kata sy tidak sabar .. belum lagi masa Mula mintak refund,kata tak boleh refund .. lepas menunggu kata sy tak sabar dan akan refund .. harap refund akan masuk dlm masa 5-7hari seperti yg dijanjikan .. 1st and last beli dari jom travel local ni . Bye
